Not a lot to say about the subject; I know this isn't a popular topic among this audience. But in case anyone lurking might want to check these out, I thought I'd post them here.
I like Italian cinema. Most of the soundtracks for these movies are fantastic. Several, like Femina Ridens, are highly regarded among audiophiles and have been made available multiple times on various home media releases. Others don't get so lucky, and many of these soundtracks have only been put out within the previous decade. (Uccidere in Silenzio and Scacco alla Regina are good examples, but they're fairly well spread around the internet for anyone who wants to get them.)
The soundtrack for one of my new favorite movies, I Dolci Inganni (aka "Sweet Deceptions") is another of these, limited-quantites releases. Only 300 copies of this CD were ever pressed, and none have made their way to YouTube videos, downloads, streaming or torrents of any kind. So I had to bite the bullet and buy a copy of the damn thing for $40. I thought I'd spread the music around so nobody else has to go through what I did to hear it. It's not one of my all-time favorite Piero Piccioni scores; it's less "sexy lounge music" and more "pseudo-noir with a bit of jazz." But I like it all the same, and it doesn't deserve to remain this super-obscure thing which inevitably slips into oblivion in a few years on rotting CDs. It deserves to be shared and possibly find a wide audience.

And here's an Internet Archive Mirror.
There's another cool forgotten soundtrack I love, this one is for a film called Devil in the Flesh. It was scored by Gianfranco Reverberi, a relatively unknown composer who never seems to get the recognition of his contemporaries, Stelvio Cipriani, Ennio Morricone, Armando Trovajoli, Piero Umiliani and the aforementioned Piccioni. To the best of my knowledge, none of his soundtracks have ever been released on home media--certainly not this one. I uploaded my own recordings of the music, but they have ambient noise from the film. (Including, uhh...rhythmic breathing, if you understand me. NSFW)
Here is the complete soundtrack for "Devil in the Flesh" in YouTube playlist form.
Finally, there's the soundtrack for La Calda Vita (aka "The Warm Life"), composed by Carlo Rustichelli. It's only available on Joox and this other weird Asian-only Spotify knockoff software. As far as I can see, the only way to rip the files off of there will have to be the old fashioned way--recording the audio out of the speakers with Audacity or something like that. I haven't worked up the mental energy to do this yet, but if/when I get around to it, I will update.
