This ones got me. I actually remember seeing commercial previews for this as a child! It's astounding that's it's lost to the ages, right now.

Anyway- just got done sending a few emails to staff of the movie, including the director, Raymie Muzquiz. He's currently working on that CN show Clarence right now, so I'm expecting a reply.

Have others contacted him, though? I vaguely remember something about "not being able to release cause of legal reasons", but , I don't know. What's the latest with this project? I'd think it'd be a top priority, or at least up there, but I can't find a thread on it..

Yeah hope is almost lost for this one, though I still hope of seeing this...I don't know what else to really do about this movie. I would try spamming it at nick or nickelodeon's new "splat" to play it as a special again.

The network seems really focused on social media rn, actually listening to a handful of fans suggestions and requests for what should get airtime. I'll see what i can do with this one.

Hggggh I'm getting too obsessive over this. I distinctly remember seeing it on tv. Nick had some kind of .. Music block thing where it'd okay clips of musical numbers from its shows. I KNOW I saw this on there at least three times.

I guess, just the fact something I've experienced firsthand- from at a young age, 15 or so years later has nothing to show for it.especially in this day and age ,online. it's just baffling

I know what development we've had, a writer saying they can release it for legal reasons, but I just got done emailing about three of the staff members listed on the wiki.I really don't want to give up on this one… I don't even know if you're really interested in watching it.the cups on YouTube seem cool enough but it's just not me.I just need to know its out there....!!!

Iv never seen it (unless it aired in black history month) but it look like a really good movie WITH GREAT MUSIC!

But the reason I brought up re airing on tv, is becuse of the legal issues
...if we whant to record and post in on the internet it is now not nicklodeon or the creators problem.
Re airing it I think is the only way...and Iv been thinking about it too
..this needs to get found and it will show others what this wiki can do!

www.change.org/p/nickelodeon-viacom-nickelodeon-to-release-the-electric-piper-on-home-media barely getting any attention, though. We need to spread it around more.

Actually, I think the idea of a screening on the network is a lot more realistic. That way, we have notice to record it...

Alright, I think I know what our next steps should be. I'm going to message the slime Twitter asking about it. The Facebook page too. Hell, even maybe just nick themselves. I wana make this the next ADWSS, cause it obviously exists and is going to be 1,000,000x easier to find.

I think i have an idea why this was never showed again, and what the "legal reasons" would be. this is just speculation, so don't believe me. But with the synopsis, parents might get angry over the idea of this adult taking the children away from the town. So i wont be on for i while since i am at lunch at school.

He was working on a deal through Amazon to get it released, but that was a while ago. This is just what I remember, I may be wrong though

And Hastings, I emailed just about everyone listen on Wikipedia that worked on the film. Just got done messaging the splat on a ton of their social media , too.
Now, we play the waiting game. At least that's the way I see it.
