Nick Jr. Oswald x Ozzy Osbourne Commercial

i checked youtube for any noggin commercial rips from 2003 (+ timeframes close to that)...while i haven't watched the channel since i was really little, i remember that noggin's ad breaks consisted of short (educational) animations made for the channel, ads for other noggin series, edutainment segments (similar to nick jr and pbs kids), and the rips online back this up. i didn't really watch the n when it shared channel space with noggin, but from the few 2003 rips (which seem to be the only early 2000s rips), it seems like commercial breaks at the time were solely for advertising other series on the n (so no x-promotions that i can see). 

i also looked up ad breaks for nickelodeon itself, and while there were lots from 2003 (some even being from april 2003, albeit later in the month), nothing has come up so far. i've never seen the ad itself (way too young to remember LOL) but it tonally is reminding me of this so if nick is fine with the squidward's way scene, i wouldn't question something fairly tame from the osbournes airing on the network (and while it's harder to find information on the noggin block that aired on nick itself, it seems like it was geared toward preteens-younger teens). as for this event of interest, one other thing i noticed is that the day oswald was added to the network, dora the explorer was as well, and i can 100% see nick going out of their way to make a special event day to advertise the addition of both shows to the noggin lineup. ofc this is all me speculating, but i'm very confident in this network event being the origin of this crossover
