RSD Game Maker running on DOSBox?

Does anyone here know how to get the RSD Game Maker source code working on DOSBox? I've tried several things, & nothing I can get behind. I'm not very familiar with operating MS-DOS here, & the RSD Game Maker source code is on Github, so any help here?
