Specifically, by the youtuber whoisthisgit. Personally, i think that this is nothing more than filler and that he knows that the Creepy Endings videos are the most popular videos on his channel, and due to this, he wanted to speak his feelings on the death of Gamma.
I thought that he got way too sentimental, and kept going on about how Oooh, he was a hero blah blah blah, just like sonic blah blah...
This makes the video just TEDIOUS to go through and rewatch. Literally any other video from whoisthisgit is better than this one. You can rewatch them without issue, but this one is another story.
And you may ask, what is the creepy part of this? well, whoisthisgit just says that he saw some random rumor on the internet that Gamma was originally going to shoot himself in the head, and it was declared too dark for the game. (Except that literally the next game almost shows a child named maria getting shot by G.U.N. makes sense.) Is this it? just some baseless rumor on the internet as an attempt to justify the creation of this video? and you only talk about it for a few seconds and start to get into sad endings territory? disappointing.
But, what do you think?
