Laughing rat plush toy that scared me as a kid.

I was thinking about this thread earlier and came up with something.
What if was almost like a Build-A-Bear thing were you can record your own audio and put it into the toy. That would explain why the "laughing" keywords don't work because it doesn't always laugh, it depends on what the owner puts in the audio box. Maybe a family member got it and recorded their own recording of them laughing into it or it was found at a thrift store with the laughter being the last owner's choice of audio

2024. I still haven’t found it

Silly Slammers were a late 1990s and early 2000s toy which would make weird noises when touched. I don't know if there was a rat but there was a bat which was a Burger King happy meal toy.

Silly Slammers were plush toys, that was why I mentioned them.
