There's a rare Pokemon TV special I used to have fansubbed, but I lost it. It seems that the only place it's still available is here:

It depends on your payment method, not your geographic location. You can download very small files, as well as short samples of bigger videos, for free.

I’ve even looked into “leech” services, and none seem to support this site.

I don’t think it’s any more a “scam” than any other premium file hosting site. It’s just that we (I’m assuming) aren’t native Polish speakers, so we’re inherently cautious about it.
