Looks fake. VHS tape isn't even in the correct aspect ratio.
I assume it was an attempt at upscaling the footage that was ripped from the tape.
I looked at the footage again, & yeah, it really does look as if the footage was upscaled a bit. Or maybe he might've had a D-VHS VCR instead of a regular VCR.

I found another suspect for this unreleased flight simulator:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sid_Meier Sidney K. Meier did several other flight simulators like Spitfire Ace(1982), Solo Flight(1983), & F-15 Strike Eagle(1985). Maybe he could help us out with this? I speculate that this might be an attempt at trying to make a comeback in flight simulators. Perhaps it would've gotten under the title, Sid Meier's Ultimate Flight Simulator, or Sid Meier's Simflight. Eventually, he did make the Ace Patrol duology back in 2013. You guys might think that those 2 games are perhaps remakes of this unreleased game, but apparently Ace Patrol is a duology of World War 1 flight simulators, & not modern age flight simulators as the VHS footage tells us.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gilman_Louie There's also Gilman Louie who made the Falcon series of combat flight simulators, so perhaps this was going to be called Falcon 5.0, but was cancelled. It might take time to contact these two though to see if they were responsible for this unreleased game.
look as seen in the intro, the game was called retro tigers right ?, well, it has little possibility, but I think the game could have a prototype of a game that was released later, like, retro tigers could be a prototype of ace combat for ps2 .0o0. but and just another theory.ate has the possibility that this is just a fake video to deceive us,
ps: i think it would be good for us to create a discord server, what do you think

Or perhaps Retro Tigers was some fake company made for this game? Oh wait, I have a theory: Perhaps the 1st clip was part of an intro sequence before the title screen of the game, & the Retro Tigers clip is actually part of a some kind of fake infovideo from the game about the company, & some of its operators, or perhaps a whole tour on the building, & some of its jets there. Then it would cut to a tutorial stage where you go through the steps of flying a jet, & using its abilities.
interestingly, I have a theory that this could also be a video featuring one of the planes, the maybe a video of the ace combat game for the ps2 or another, strange and that the planes in the video I sent look like those on d-vhs, so this theory that this guy from the falcon air games may have made the game, we’re getting close

You may think we're getting close, but maybe they don't have anything to do with this unreleased game. Perhaps another guy? Though we should try the Falcon 5.0 guy, & the 2 Japanese devs first before actually saying that we're in a dead end.

ok but as we are going to call them, I don't even know if they are alive, imagine finding their contact
This guy did a few flight simulators(A.K.A. the Strike Commander series).
Then there's Phillip Allsopp, who was one of 2 programmers who worked on F29 Retaliator, John Lewis, & Andy Craven had some design in Fighter Bomber, so those might be considerable.
