Its impossible for me to find this specific opening in 1080p HD quality. Best I could find was a version of it in 720 with Spanish subtitles.

It is the second opening to sky girls, and was only in the OVA episodes. I cant find any DVDs of this thing for sale, or I would just buy it to view it in its highest quality.
If anyone knows where I can find this opening in HD or can point me in the right direction of where to look for it, that'd be great.
