Video game with a Chinese / Japanese in first person 3D [S]

In my childhood, I have memories of a video game, it had a Chinese / Japanese (I don't know for sure) the same Chinese / Japanese was the controllable character in the game and on several occasions he said some phrases in English with a accent, it was in first person, and in 3D. The game was very similar to "Duke Nukem 3D". I played the game between 1998 ~ 1999, on my father's old computer, which featured MacOS.
