I've brought up the I Feel Fantastic robot as something that scares me, but I also love how unknown it is. All we know is that some guy tried to market it as a singing robot and not much else. He's extremely elusive, which I totally get like he probably didn't expect anyone to find that video, but it adds to the mystery. It also can elicit some pretty mundane explanations, such as the video being as weird because the person thought they were making it cinematic or something. But it's also ripe for over the top urban legends, and it only adds to the experience.
There are other mysteries I'm fascinated with, such as D.B. Cooper and what really happened to Bobby Dunbar, but since those are rooted in true crime they can have grim explanations. I think that's why something like the scary singing robot is fun, it weirdly exists and we don't have a ton of answers. Maybe that's why creepy (yet seemingly harmless) media gets so much attention on here, we all knew Pink Morning Cartoon was unusual, but not outright terrifying as a concept. Also loved the happyish ending it had.

I love the Voynich Manuscript. Literally one of my favorite things ever. I like to pretend it is written in an old dead language from a forgotten culture, but most likely itโs a hoax.
