Wendy's is generally good. We also regularly go to a place called Twister's, it was actually the shooting location for the chicken place in Breaking Bad. They don't make fried chicken though. Oh and Church's is another one.

Here are my tops in no particular order:
In N Out
Chick Fil A (Putting aside some of their beliefs, the food is good)
KFC

Also good (but not the top) are: Burger King, McDonalds, Round Table, (does Jamba Juice count as fast food?), and Five Guys (although it is too salty for me to handle)
