For years now, I have been trying to document where the music in Club Penguin comes from, since for a while, most of the music was stock music. I document these songs, and then collect them in the best possible quality, for preservation.
However, one song has proved troublesome, which is the Cart Surfer song. I have been asking and looking for the origins of this song for ages, but haven't had any leads on where it could be from. I even tried asking the creator of Club Penguin, Rocketsnail, and composer/artist on the game, Screenhog, for more info on the song, but neither really know anything about it. However, Screenhog has stated it is a stock song, so that much is known, at the very least.
Known sources for Club Penguin are the Smartsound Audio Pallette series of CD's, from 1997-2005, and also the Producer Series, from 2004-2008. However, searching these CD's myself, have come up dry. Other known sources are NEO Sounds, and Shockwave-Sound.
I am currently asking Polo Field, who was formerly part of the Club Penguin team, if he knows more about the song in question. If he doesn't, then im unsure where else I could possibly look.

A list of known stock music tracks can be found here: clubpenguin.fandom.com/wiki/Music/Sources
Some of the links are dead, however. Here are replacement links for some of those dead ones:

Disney still had the song, when Club Penguin's successor, Club Penguin Island, shut down, as heard here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=op5qIyDK7_8&feature=youtu.be&t=239
A full copy of the song in better quality than the flash game did show up at some point, but its still not as good quality as the one in the Club Penguin Island credits: www.mediafire.com/file/ib5hmr7w2uvc1tb/the_cart_surfer_music.wav/file

This is all I currently know about the track. If anyone can find what site this track is on, the name of it, and its composer, I would be beyond greatful. Thank you for reading.
