For me its the snake & by oxbow. Robinson's vocals on that song makes its a standout among their other tracks along with the instrumentals which arent used that much throughout the song. It has a rough and dirty sound to it along with a creepy atmosphere. It really took my breath away to say the least

I've got two (that I consider creepy in a good way as well)...

Get Out Of My House and Waking the Witch, both by Kate Bush (one of my favorite singers). While Kate is well known for her surreal and unique music, those two tracks take it up to eleven. There is a distinct claustrophobic feel to Get Out Of My House (a song inspired by Stephen King's The Shining) which culminates in the singer's voice morphing into the bray of a mule (?!). Waking the Witch is part of Kate's concept song set The Ninth Wave, about a drowning woman hallucinating that an inquisitor with a nightmarish deep voice is accusing her of being a witch.

This one's a bit cringey but for me it's definitely "kagome kagome" by zawazawa-p, like out of all the other vocahorror songs out there it's the only one to actually freak me out. I'm not sure if I should link it or not cuz it fairly disturbing but content warning for blood/gore and murder if anyone decides to look it up.

I have a few:

Perfect Wife by Amigo the Devil is a murder-folk song about extremely violent domestic abuse told from the perspective of the abuser. Not linking it, but major content warning for domestic abuse and violence if you decide to check it out.

Squeaking for Satan by The Cubby Creatures is an instrumental interlude track by one of my favorite obscure bands. What makes it creepy is it sampling what sounds like a drug PSA about a girl hallucinating that the devil is after her. I can't find anything about the PSA (which isn't too surprising since a few lines of dialogue isn't a whole lot to go off of).

GGGGR by Nobuko Hori is a harsh noise song. They're already a sensory overload, but combining it with quiet Japanese singing in the background makes it really creepy.
