Studying criminals means we work with terrible data (very few people will report being victimized for most minor crimes) and everyone (on all sides) takes our studies out of context or quotes ungeneralizable studies.

Awesome! I remember my father telling me about Criminology when I was younger. (He was a police officer for about 9 years odd and he told me about his degree)
I'm still bummed about the two book fairs I missed out on in July and August. The last one I went to, I got 20+ vintage sci-fi and horror novels for $5 total.
