LaLaVoice is the software, LaLaSong is the plug-in that could make the LaLaVoice sing. LaLa Sings is the first kesson shoujo album that used LaLaVoice to make music. It has some noise parts btw www.youtube.com/watch?v=035Gir2THnI&list=PL4AhnFTdGsVnmVDTbP6nx8LERfhlIpp01 If you aren't into the noise parts then I recommend checking out わたしのココ (watashinokoko) it's the same artirst after he rebranded the project, a few of their albums are actually pretty nice-sounding, especially Zombie Magic and カラダは正直 which are more j-pop with rock instead of full-on noise.
Thanks for the correction! It's still not Vocaloid, but that will help find more information about the software. I only read that it was a long abandoned program under the name LaLaSing, I myself actually didn't know it was a plugin for another program
Yeah, I forgot to mention that while it's not Vocaloid per se (it pre-dates it quite a bit), music circles everywhere lump both programs together and call Watashinokoko a Vocaloid band. I'm not sure where you could download it anymore. But, there here are archives of the original page from Toshiba in the wikipedia link though.
I'm pretty sure LaLaSing is something that only exists in the "lore" of the album.
I'm not sure I caught that, it's a bit confusing but LaLaSong is part of the program and LaLa Sings is just an EP from the band. It's a bit confusing.
Also, I just remembered that there IS more Watashinokoko lost media, well, kinda... I've already archived the lost MySpace EPs, some old videos and the draft songs. But what we're missing it's the music videos of カラダは正直 (https://watashinokoko.bandcamp.com/album/--5) and probably Zombie Magic (https://watashinokoko.bandcamp.com/album/zombie-magic-2) too. Both of those albums remain the only two Watashinokoko albums that were commercially released in Japan, at least カラダは正直 can still be bought on Amazon. The trailer of the album shows previews of all the songs including their music videos. www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm17989845 so that's 10 videos Only one of them have ever been posted on the internet,"A city without Angels". The "Are You Embarrassed When You Walk With Me?" video posted on Youtube predates the album by 2 years and looks different from the one in the trailer, so it can'ts be it. So that leave us with 9 missing music videos. I mean, they could theoretically still be found and uploaded into the internet, you just need to translate the video and buy the full album.
I said something about Zombie Magic potentially having lost music videos. That's because 3 music videos were posted on Yosu's Nico Nico channel, 3 of them belonging to Zombie Magic. This is just speculation, but given how Zombie Magic was the only other album from Watashinokoko apart from カラダは正直 to be commercially released as opposed to being released through a NetLabel (CMBCMW and UGUU) or self-released (MySpace and Bandcamp), there's a chance that it also got the same treatment and got 8 music videos instead, it could also be the case that it only got 3 music videos. Because I haven't been able to find a store that still sells Zombie Magic, but there are traces on pages like rateyourmusic.com/release/album/%E3%82%8F%E3%81%9F%E3%81%97%E3%81%AE%E3%82%B3%E3%82%B3/zombie-magic/ that claim it was also sold on CD
Edit: After reading through some comments on the trailer, it appears that the カラダは正直 album that was sold doesn't include the videos. They're probably real and full-length music videos, but god knows where Yosu released them or IF he released them at all. Maybe he did through his defunct page? I don't know, I only found the MySpace EPs through sheer luck.
