Long story short: I was watching a compilation of 90's Cartoon Network commercials with some pals, and there was a few tie-ins with a show called "The Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog." I looked it up, and it's basically Irish Power Rangers made by the same people.
It doesn't appear to be lost media, as all episodes are technically found (although in very low quality). What's stranger is that the Wikipedia article on the show mentions almost nothing about production, receptions, or any background details other than it had a cancelled second season with a different name.
What's more is that there was apparently a movie for it as well. At first, I thought it was a giant compilation of the entire series, but that does not appear to be the case. The movie is not mentioned on the Wikipedia article but is one of the first things that pops up when you Google the name. By the way, here's the movie in full: www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7gF9AIu-gQ
Lastly, it appears each episode are varying in length, ranging from 2 minutes to a full 22 minutes (at least in the bare bone research I've done). Oh yeah, and the old "official?" Power Rangers YouTube channel uploaded some episodes, which are just rips from the FoxBox airing of the show. I'm not sure if they're just parts of episodes or full length episodes. The one I clicked on appears to start in the middle.
Anyway, this is a very strange situation, and I'll probably look more into it tomorrow if I'm still interested in it. I just figured I'd at least get the word out about it now while it's fresh on my mind in case anyone else has heard about this show and knows more about it than I do.
