Ok so, I have only vague memories of this, but I've done research, and I'm here to ask if this counts as "valid" lost media for the archive...
On May 1995, I have no idea of a precise date, the Fox Kids broadcasting block showed a one-off special called Talkin' It Out, wherein the famed John Walsh discussed with kids and their parents the fallout--literal and figurative--of the then recent Oklahoma City Bombings; the special preempted an episode of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego and ran, uninterrupted by commercials, for a solid thirty minutes; prior to the special they aired a series of promos (at least two I could find) wherein Johnny Yong Bosch and David Yost, famous for their role in Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, explained it as talking through this issue as opposed to the "violence" on their show, which they said was just fantasy; however the Rangers themselves were barely in it, save for a brief opening sequence. Here are the two promos:
Now other than these two promos, and some info on Wikipedia and TV Tropes, I could find literally ZERO other evidence of this or any video online! There is no record whatsoever of this on IMDB, and even the Wikipedia article is not referencing Talkin' It Out itself but referencing literally EVERY show EVER aired on Fox Kids and lists it almost offhandedly among the specials. In fact I have no idea what precisely was in it, beyond the vague memory that the title draws forth of some kind of...council or debate or something called Talkin' It Out...but other than that vague memory and the word of TWO people (one of whom is quoting the other, so really ONE person) we have no idea what precisely was even on the special.
So that's all I have, including a couple of days of research. Is this good for an article? Greenlight? Anyone?
