Looks like it is true as Deadline just revealed it, fortunately it looks like it's only recent shows that are being removed so while stuff like Willow won't be officially available online it won't be lost as it will still be available via Usenet and other unofficial means.
I don't see Disney removing any of it's old shows and films(aside from the stuff owned by FOX which will be back later on after the contract FOX made with other streaming services before it's purchase expires)though so I wouldn't worry.
If anything there might be a silver lining to this as I hear Disney wants to spend less money on original content, so they might try and release more of the older shows officially like this one as it'll be much cheaper then producing new content and might potentially get them some new subs.
