So back when I was about 10 years old I discovered the backwards stair jump glitch in Super Mario 64. I learned how to do the glitch through a friend and over time I eventually started using it in my speed runs of the game. But there was this one time where I did the backwards stair jump on the second floor of the castle where the star and cloud painting is. Mario well jumping actually glitched up the first few steps then slid into the painting and into a black void in between the two walls. The game then showed the challenge selection screen with a blue nameless star. I hit start and was dropped into a cloud level similar to the Rainbow Bridge level. The Level was obviously unfinished for it had enemies walking in place, platforms that you couldn’t land on and no music. The level spiralled all the way up into the sky with the sky backgrounds being solid walls. The clouds almost acting like stairs all the way up. The only reason I never finished the level is because I fell through one of the platforms and lost my last life. Now, many of you guys may nor believe me so instead of trying to make you guys believe me instead I want y’all to prove me wrong.. Feel free to use hacking or cheats in order to access the level. Also try to use older or newer copies of the game since I can’t remember which year mine was from. And also keep in mind that every Mario 64 cartridge may or may not be personalized to each individual console or player. No mods or attempted remakes of what I described. I will be going off what I remember from seeing the level so I will be able to tell if it is fake. Whoever pulls this off successfully will be making Video game History. So Please, prove me wrong, prove that my story is true or false. Don’t take my word for it, try to find it for yourself. This has been driving me nuts for years on if this memory from Mario 64 is real or not. So please help me find the truth.
