In the mid-2010s, a teenage comedian named Phillip ran a YouTube channel named AepplTV (sic.), with parodies of Apple iPhone commercials, as well as 10 kinds of videos, and a humorous (non-serious) conspiracy theory video about his subscriber count being exactly 666 theee years after creation.
Other videos were some tutorials and footage from VideoDays (years 2013 and 2014), which is an annual event in Germany where YouTube personalities hold concerts and give away signatures.
Here is a January 2019 (short URL) archive, presumably months prior to him mass-erasing privatizing his work. (Note: For some time around 2017 and 2018, both private and actually deleted YouTube videos appeared as not available, rather than the exact reason.)
As rightfully noted in a comment by channel TechLord on Philip's discussion page:
German video blogger Kilian Heinrich, nicknamed TANZVERBOT ("Dancing Ban"), uploaded a video on November 3rd, 2017 (URL), which vanished shortly after. The title was "MEIN KΓRPER" (My body). Possibly discussed his struggle with obesity.
As of 2021, all traces that remain are two AutoShared tweets:

For some reason, the ENTIRE Unepic SID Channel has been deleted off of YouTube, & there's now virtually no trace of it ANYWHERE. That was the channel I used as sources for that Lost Media Wiki page I made for the Commodore 64 game Mad. Now that the channel is gone, I can't even prove that those SID files actually existed. As far as I know, they uploaded OVER A THOUSAND different SID tunes, so seeing all of it just go away like that is really sad.

Everything from the YouTuber BrokenJohn and UndercoverFilmmaker have been wiped from the internet.
BrokenJohn did old Pokemon Emerald romhack videos, and UndercoverFilmmaker did a review of the NES game Mickey Mousecapades (and this review might've been what popular youtubers Game Grumps were making fun of in a Mickey Mousecapades video they did which was mocking internet reviewers while many erreoneously assumed they were talking about Game Dude, which they later confirmed was not the video they had seen)
I watched both of these youtubers as a child, but very little traces of their existence are still available online. In UndercoverFilmmaker's case, I can't even find a mention of him - I can find reuploads of other reviewers from the time like Jedite1, Armake21, and Hellsing920, but not him. He's been wiped. BrokenJohn and IzzyAraya (another Pokemon romhack maker) have had their internet presence reduced to a handful of mentions on inactive YouTube accounts.
EDIT: AerotheDragon used to upload webcam videos of games like Super Monkey Ball 2 and Pokemon Emerald, most of which are gone. This video is one of the few that is still preserved: www.youtube.com/watch?v=52iq6kL4_AM

This reminds me of what happened to Unepic SID Channel.

So, I got some news for some vintage veterans on YouTube who have been here since the beginning.
Boh3m3 is back and he's doing streams, which is fantastic. In the recent one that went up a few hours ago, he was asked about some of his content and he talked about how while some stuff is unlisted to avoid copyright issues, some stuff is now completely lost since he deleted some and the hard drive he had them on went kaput. So, we unfortunately have a mixed bag situation going on. I'm wondering if Ben can let us know what's missing so we can track them down for him in case they got backed up by someone.
If anyone wants a link to the stream, here it is. He mentions it early on and that he might get his camera situation resolved soon, so there could be a new stream soon.
Edit: If anyone is subbed to him and has their notification bell set up, we can see about one or even a few of us asking if he wants us to do a search for him on behalf of the community unless he doesn't really care either way.
I downloaded it from YouTube in 2015, but the hard drive was corrupted by CHKDSK soon after. Therefore, some parts of the video are missing.
Its introduction suggests that it was directed by a "Rolf S. Wolkenstein", but when searching his name, nothing of interest shows up. No traces of this particular film seem to exist.

Quick boh3m3 update.
I'm in his current stream and asked if he'd be alright with people finding his missing content if it was reposted anywhere. He said he's fine with it, even if he made some stupid comments in the past. He mentioned that there's stuff that he misses and would like to see again. So, if anyone wants to do a possible search for them or we could get a list going, that would be cool. π
The only video I think I ever had of his back in the day was his Dear Table 23 video and if it's not on my hard drive, it's on a laptop I have in storage. But, that's not missing as far as I know of.

Damn I used to watch his stuff religiously when I was 13. I downloaded a few of his videos off YouTube back in 2007:

I've also got some hypercam2 recordings of a random Morbeck stickam stream from 2006 if you're interested in that lol.
Yo, this is awesome. He's streaming again on Wednesday around 6PM EST or so. If you pop in to let him know, he'd probably be thrilled and surprised to know others backed his stuff up. He has a Discord server too, but I'm not sure if it's invite-only. However, he's on Instagram too, so if you want to message him directly to see if anything matches up with what he's missing, there's that too.
There are lots I wish were found. Mainly YTPs by 64Marjo64 and Kobradova, Kobradova spoke to me on MLPForums. There are a lot of missing YTPs. And the "Years of Internet" video needs to be recovered as well.
To Do: figure out who 64Marjo64 is and if he will repost the poops, I think he lives in Australia. Kobradova spoke to me on MLPForums. He also said on a post on his deviantart he is a grown man with better things to do.

Just look inside your heart, and you will find the answer.

Back when PasteBin.com listed new pastes by unregistered users in its side bar, before April 2020, this was misused for spam.
On YouTube, there was a creepypasta story video, likely released in 2018 or 2019, where someone apparently ran a scraper overnight, just to discover creepy and questionable things the next morning. Possibly not real, but I don't mind.
I can't remember what exactly, which is why I got curious, but I failed to find that video again.
