Update for Onion Boy: The mods from the subreddit got back to me with a notice from twchan (who run KinoTube), which said the site is going to be temporarily down to do maintenance of their backend servers. So, on the flip side, we don't have to worry about anything being gone. The mods themselves also likely have copies of his videos backed up on their own devices too, so thousands of videos aren't gone just yet.
For now, as far as I know, his entire video library is only partially lost. There was a reported instance last summer where the stupid fuckhead uploaded hundreds or thousands of videos to one of his channels on accident, some of which are rather obscure, and then he hastily deleted them hours later when he realized what he did. I think this was before we started really archiving his stuff, so those are out of the picture indefinitely for now.
Samsung Newsroom Oh, hell no. Now, those geniusses have wiped out their entire legacy video stash too. Damn it. One example: The Galaxy S4 reliability test, published on June 12, 2013.
Video (private, i.e. stored in some Google server vault locked away from history, just accessible to some Samsung social media team employees and maybe some YouTube server technicians)
He's started privating and removing videos. There are still a lot of his videos I missed getting, so if anybody wants to pitch in and help recover more I'd be very happy!

This video has this background music, deleted from SoundCloud, although the rest of that artist's music is still on line. The best possible substitute I could find is this track with the same background music but different vocals.

I remember an amateur music video, watched 1 to 2 years ago on YouTube, uploaded somewhere around 2010 (maybe 2009 or 2011), where the characters were dancing in an office, and the video had a good production quality with good camera perspectives and audio quality, but only less than 100 thousand views (5-digit view count).
Sadly, I can not remember its title. Back when I watched it, I did not yet know that a subReddit like /r/DeepIntoYouTube exists. Maybe I can post it in /r/HelpMeFind.

In 2015 or 2016, I saw a German comedy video that shows a few (I guess 10?) ways to lose friends.
One scene showed someone playing the song "Atemlos durch die Nacht" by Helene Fischer in his car with open windows infront of red traffic lights and embarrassing himself infront of pedestrians (side note: I actually do not dislike that song).
Another scene in the same video showed someone making the joke "Eine Putzfrau nach dem Tod kehrt nie wieder", where the verb "kehrt" (basic form "kehren") translates into both "to return" and "to sweep", thus "A charwoman after death does never return/sweep again.".
In the next scene, he was denounced by his friends because "one doesn't joke about death".
I also remember a video by a German YouTuber that listed a few (probably 10) different phobias. One of them was coulriphobia (scared of clowns). There was an intentional clown jumpscare in that part of the video, causing it to have >70% negative ratings and a lot of comments saying "please never do hat again" and similar ones.
There was a video (I guess in 2009?) where someone had made a Super Mario 64 N64 cheat code where the actual water level is as high as before stamping those two columns (or whatever they are called) in the basement, while the visible water level was as if after stamping those two colums, which could make Mario appear as if he was swimming in mid-air and drowning above the water.
