There's this tool-assisted Team Battle playthrough of TEKKEN 3 in YouTube that suddenly disappeared. This is how the fights in that video happened:
-Nina defeats Eddy with a combo -Yoshimitsu defeats Nina with a forward slash into sit-down stance -Law defeats Yoshimitsu with a throw from behind -Lei defeats Law with a throw from his drunken stance -Bryan defeats Lei with a combo -Julia defeats Bryan with a side throw -Gun Jack defeats Julia with an uppercut while grounded -King defeats Gun Jack with a combo -Xiaoyu defeats King by reversing his Figure 4 Leglock -Heihachi defeats Xiaoyu by swatting her out in the air with a Thunder God Fist -Hwoarang defeats Heihachi with a punch -Paul defeats Hwoarang with a combo -Paul defeats Ogre with a tackle into Ultimate Punishment -True Ogre defeats Paul by turning him into a burned crisp -Jin defeats True Ogre by abusing his obnoxiously large hitbox
That vid held so much nostalgia for me and I would be grateful if someone finds it again.
I suddenly remembered this Amazing World of Gumball video about the "Summer of 83'". No, I'm not talking about the recent video someone did. No, I'm talking about a YTP video that is cursed somehow. The video begins when Marvin first bought up the "Summer of 83'" running gag in "The Laziest". But then, the video became this creepy video with distorted audio, creepy effects, and I think there is some jumpscares or something like that. It was uploaded by fellow YouTube Poop user Trudermark, who also uploaded the pretty cringy "Gumball and Darwin's Time Travel Adventure".

There are some MLPDarkSparx speedpaints that don't exist on their channel anymore. Here are the DeviantArt uploads of the final products, that have links to now-missing speedpaints.
Now I remembered a few GoAnimate/Vyond videos. One was this video where Hip Hop Harry from the titular show vomited all over the school and have a seizure and died.
Another one is one called "Brian Get Stretched at Dunkin Donuts". It is the first time I delved into the randomness type of GoAnimate/Vyond videos. Yes, there's like a hundred "X Get Stretched at x" videos out there, but this one is very special to me somehow. It is similar to the other "X Get Stretched at x" videos but Brian says something like "Luke Skywalker is going to kill me if he sees me like this" when he got stretched and his dad says "Yo Daddy Yall got stretched at Dunkin Donuts" while a clock rolls in the background.
The last video I'm thinking about is one called something on the lines of "GoAnimate Network Hijacked Broadcast" or "GoAnimate Network Randomness Broadcast". I remembered how insane the video was. So much swearing and randomness in the video. I remembered one part where they schedule and included Mickey Mouse with the announcer saying "The Mickey Mouse Dank Meme Show", one part where it zooms into a shot of Bikini Bottom with an image from South Park with announcer saying that something big is coming or something like that, one part where Boomboxer is confused at the GoAnimate Network being hacked and it cuts to Peppa Pig singing. I also remember one scene where it shows a montage of backgrounds with a rainbow background and characters dancing, and suddenly they're the sponsors of the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics before the announcer says "Sanic". The last time I checked out this video, YouTube flagged it as an age restricted video, though it might be due YouTube demonetizing videos at the time.

There's far too many countless AMV's and GMV's that are probably lost for good that I'd love to see again. One of them was an RE3 video called "Mikhail To The Rescue" that was comprised of footage from the Mercenaries minigame set to 1960's oldies music.
Bless yall for making a thread like this. I don't want to just copy-pasta what I wrote in a different thread, but I'm looking for a specific YouTube Poop. The video was titled "Cory's Venture to Dimension Africa" and it was by a member of a forum called YouChew named Rokto. I'm not sure if that was his YouTube handle now that I think of it. It's not on the Wayback Machine and I haven't been able to find it elsewhere. Here's some things that my friends and I remember and quote at one another (by the way you will never feel quite as insane as quoting a lost YouTube video to others in public, highly recommend it):
The opening having an edited shot of the title card saying "That's So Ridley" with a picture of Ridley from Metroid.
There being a running bit of the audio clip of Raven saying "I'm black!" when entering into or leaving a scene.
Raven's dad dressed as Fredrick Douglas saying "Hit the escape key so I can escape key" then coming out of the computer just to say "I'm hard" and go right back in.
Fredrick Douglas introducing Cory to Bessie Coleman by saying "Cory, Bessie. Bessie, Cory. Cory, Cory. Bessie, Bessie."
The line "This is Harriet Tubman. She invented the underground tub."
The incredibly slowed down audio of Raven's mom going "Oh honey that's terrible."
Cory saying "Another brotha?" over and over in a lower pitch each time.
A slowed down clip of Raven's dad saying "What do you think about ragtime, Cory?"

figured id post this here, there used to be a cookie run youtuber (deleted whole channel, doesnt wanna be associated w the fandom its a long story) and while i looked at the archives of the channel to count how many videos they had i noticed one wasnt shown, mostly because someone didnt archive afew months earlier but it was the first video posted on there for sure
-the title was along the lines of "ai run in a nutshell" or just "ai run" -it was a 'animatic' and it was a shitpost and it was posted sometime late spring / early summer 2019 -it used audio from "Moonbase Alpha provides a realistic simulation of life on a natural satellite" -it was about the then-new "AI run" update, using cyborg, aloe, gingerbrave and ion robot cookie -the lineart was water-colorish that was also transparent, the characters werent colored in -and it had big eyes (i have old gift art theyd made for me around that time if by whatever reason someone is reading this and is curious on how it exactly looked but mehh i doubt it) -it had subtitles made by someone else

I just realized that I have a few pics of this lost video. The video is actually called "GoAnimate Network [Random Broadcast]. Here are the images of my recollection of this video.

Anyone else remember old Hunter Avallone videos? They weren't too good, but i do remember watching them when i was younger and barely knew about politics. I found a wayback link to one of the videos a few years ago but now idk where it was
It's a shame that a lot of YouTubers, especially veteran users from the early years have deleted or privated a lot of their content. I can dig around to see what I can find. It's just going to get a bit tough with some users like Brookers, since I don't know if all of her stuff has been mirrored or not before she closed her channel and then there's users like Ultimatekai, VenomFangX, and Tony48219 whose content is up in the air with how much is gone. Shawn (VFX)'s stuff I think has been either completely or mostly archived onto different channels, Tony's surviving content is fragmented and is largely lost to the ether, and Erin (Ultimatekai)'s channel is now completely empty. She's done this before in the past, but would slowly make her content public or listed again for viewing. I can try to get ahold of her on Tumblr to see if she plans on bringing anything back, but I won't hold my breath that she'll reply. Humanbeing15 / Humanbeing151's channel is completely lost, apart from one video that they either left up or was archived on another channel and stills taken for a Cracked article. As far as Brooke (Brookers) goes, she's back on YouTube but is doing wildly different content. I don't know when she closed her original channel or got terminated, let alone if she still has her old videos or would be willing to repost them.
I'm planning on archiving a lot of these as well in the near future to play it safe.
There's a YouTube documentary about Shawn from ten years ago called "A Boy Named Shawn" that was made in the midst of when he left the platform for "the last time" after his Islamophobia, false DMCA claims, fraud claims, and other controversies caught up with him. While I'm sure the archival channel has all the supplied clips, it's a good source as well for tidbits of what might be lost if it wasn't backed up.
Edit: Another user I forgot to mention was Onision. He's been doing his best to scrub his channels clean given how the Internet as a whole knows he's a predator, but thankfully the r/Onision team has been actively archiving his activity as far back as the very early 2000s before he was enlisted into the military. There's also various channels that have mirrored his videos as well, just don't give him views directly.
July 8th 2020 Update: The moderators at r/Onision got back to me with a notice from KinoTube's team to address that they're currently doing maintenance on their backend servers and will be online again soon.
HumanBeing151 had other videos but these are lost. I hope someone can find them

Was ScareTheater the one who shone some light on the other HumanBeing151 videos? I remember someone spoke about it, which was surprising because I don't think the original Cracked article that mentioned him said anything.

Have yall heard of CharmX
He was a reactor who watched YTPs but he deleted his channel because he had been having episodes and was afraid someone was going to kill him. He's never been heard from since, but his videos were all reuploaded.
