The orginal Kongo falls from melee?

When I was a kid I used to have this CD that showcased all the games coming out for the game cube around release. I can't remember where the CD  ame from I think it was a mail in offer from a web side but it had a lot of video footage of games like Luigi's mansion, pikmin and Melee. Now in the Melee footage they showcased the stage called Kongo Falls. In this footage was live gameplay and at some point the raft in the level would of become dislodged off the rocks and go down the waterfall, it will splash down the river swaying around till it ends up stuck in the rocks at the top of the water fall. This was never in the final game. Now some info on the CD it was small like a gamecube disk but you can pop it in your CD trey. The CD itself is lost too time itself I had small siblings at the time that always took my stuff so who knows what happened too it.
