Oh gotta get my mom, she'll love to hear her 13 year old son is talking to a group of people attempting to contact a pedo lol but seriously she loves true crime. My dad was gonna do the voice detection on the guy from the baby Montrailga video, but should I send him a clip of this guy instead?
You could do both with sending this and any clip from Joy Junction, though maybe not the "dirty pictures" clip since it's both painfully ironic and it's one of the first results that come up with his name.
Hey can you link to a clip I can use of him? Hard to find I guess idk

So I just watched the Blameitonjorge youtube video that included this as one of the mini topics on lost media case files. The voice sounded familiar to me on the “Pink Morning Cartoon”. The voice sounded like Robert Brown, a pedophile who was the lead on another public access television show on the Christian network in the 90s. I might be wrong on this but I hope it could possibly help.
Wow, I hear it too. I'd be amazed if it was genuinely him.
Edit: Holy shit, you mad lad. I think you're onto something. Here's a comment on Everything's Coming Up Spring:
There isn't really anything to actually connect "leads" like that to this specifically. That person seems to be just saying "This seems like a low-budget Christian show and there used to be a channel called Sky Angel that played low-budget Christian shows" - it's linking two separate things together without anything conclusive to do so.
My thoughts on it are like this:
Someone creating a fake is not going to want to make something that seems utterly implausible. It's obviously going to be something they'd try to make look real.
There then being a channel that played "low budget Christian shows" is not some strange thing in itself, that's a pretty reasonable thing to expect
Connecting that show to that channel, when there's nothing to actually support the two being linked, is a bit of a leap
So it looking possible, and there being a channel that could possibly have played this sort of thing, therefore doesn't really help with the whole situation either
It's like.... of course something that looks like a low-budget christian show could have potentially played on the low-budget Christian Channel!
Stuff like that seems to be "putting the cart before the horse" really; jumping right into trying to find a show that could potentially be anything from anywhere without any obvious direction beyond basically "a channel from the 90s", before we're even sure if it's real or not, when what we do have suggests it's a fake in the first place. The priority should be finding out for sure if it's real or fake as the whole "finding it" thing depends on the answer to that!
Jenkem Chic also admitted on the youtube comments of one of the Pink Morning videos that they added the fade when someone said blameitonjorge mentioned that could prove it's fake. I don't know if that has been discussed yet either.
It has. Purportedly, the fade in and out was something Jenkem added because they thought it would make the video look neater and more professional. They were proven wrong very quickly.
Just to play devil's advocate here, the video being uploaded so many years ago, it does kinda make sense you'd add fades and stuff because it wasn't uncommon to throw something into Windows Movie Maker and add effects or a title onto a clip during that time. Video editing was less complicated for the average YouTube user in 2007-2010, I have found plenty of old videos that have weird random effects because they thought it added something (mostly beginning titles though).
But I do think it's suspicious regardless, especially since we're getting that information after the fact.
But while I'm at it, those fades remind me of my old student films. I think if this isn't real, it's possibly a student film which would explain the lack of similar content (although I guess there are other religions videos on the channel?) and the inability to find the audio or other assets anywhere. Plus the remaking of the hat scene might be explained as a project that needed to be fixed or extended? Maybe this theory is too out there but I've seen a lot of weird student films.
This has to be the weirdest piece of "Lost Media" I've seen. Not because of the contents, but because of the fact we can't necessarily confirm it's legitimacy. If it's real, then it leaves more questions than answers, and if it's fake, then I'd like to know why it was made. Was it a failed ARG? Was it made for fun? Maybe Jenkem made the show and is so embarrassed from it, they tried to pass it off as someone else's work. Jenkem seems to be very sure it's real (or at the very least, not their doing), and they have other Christian kids shows to "prove" they were archiving or showcasing these types of shows (assuming PMC is even a religious kids show). But Jenkem also has those sketches which doesn't help make PMC look legitimate.
I'll be researching this as much as possible until we find out the legitimacy of PMC.

I don't quite see how "we can't confirm it's legitimacy" makes it so weird, really. I've only been here a few days but it seems there have been plenty of other "Lost Media" stuff that simply ended up being a fake that sent people on a wild goose chase without any evidence it was real. There are only 2 potential outcomes (real or fake) after all. It puts it into a situation where either leave it until there's more reason to think there might be a reasonable chance otherwise it's most likely wasted effort, or the evidence it's fake gets ignored in favour of just taking the uploader at his word despite those reasons to doubt it, searching for something that even if it was real might not necessarily be found to confirm. We don't know for sure either way, we can only proceed based on what the information we have suggests, and here it all suggests it's not real. In support of it being fake are all the inconsistencies and problems with the videos and the odd stuff about - too many to make them seem believable - while on the other side we only have his word about it being real, and obviously he is going to try to pass it off as being real even if it's not, which means there's absolutely no credibility to this at all at this stage.
Why does there need to be a reason for all this, too? Like you said, it could just as likely be something he simply wanted to do for fun. There isn't necessarily any more reason to it than that.
There are problems with both what Jenkem has said (E.g. saying it wasn't edited), and the videos themselves (not just small things, either). Maybe if he uploaded the full VHS that would add legitimacy depending on what it was, but at this point I just don't see any.
There are certainly only two possible outcomes. Right now, though, I'm not sure which possible outcome I'm more inclined to believe. Notelu recently looked into the video and he seems to think the degradation in the videos might be authentic, but that level of degradation most likely comes from duping the tape several times, although lesser forms of it could also be from bad reception. Not sure whether that tips the scales in anyone's favor or not, just thought I'd throw this out here.

There are more visual issues with the tapes than just the strangeness of that degradation, however - infact I'd say that generally digital-like distortion is the least problematic one. The bigger oddities - and suggestions it's a fake - come when you compare that "pink morning cartoon" video to the "5?" uploaded version rather than view them on their own.
The main one is that the multi-screen part of the distortion in the later upload actually fixes itself, moves further along the video to a different point, and decides to behave in a substantially different way. As the distortion is meant to be the result of physical condition of the tape, then I don't see how that could be possible like that.
The other is that one of the two videos is definitely edited to either add or remove footage, evidenced by the fact the same scene of the hat room is several seconds shorter in "5?" than it is in the "pink morning cartoon" video and the audio stays in sync with each other while the video does not.
We only have his word it's real, and that can't be trusted; an uploader who's said he can't "vouch for its credibility" (Either he saw it years ago, found it on a VHS like he claims and can therefore vouch for its credibility, or he didn't.), who has uploaded videos that are absolutely changed in at least one way (the fade in/out) despite claiming it isn't, with other aspects that just don't add up if it was real, with nothing more to even suggest they might possibly exist outside of these videos.
I really don't see why anyone would be inclined to think it's not a fake.

Ah. Admittedly, I've completely forgotten about the two hat room videos. Perhaps deep down in my subconscious, I've already disregarded the two hat room videos as fakes and have just decided to focus on the spring video.
And yes, Jenkem Chic's story still isn't adding up. Looking at the recent comments, they seem to have accepted the Sky Angel lead as possible fact, so perhaps they are just leading us in circles.
A lot of things don't add up besides all the editing. I, for one, would like an explanation for the sudden stylistic change in the hat room videos. We go from basically a voiced-over storybook (think Katie and Orbie but somehow looks even worse) to something that looks like it came out of "Spring". If it's fake, why the shift? If it's not fake, why the shift?

(sigh) It's about time to call this one done.
To me at least, the stylistic changes and things like that can easily be explained - it's simply to make it more creepy.
The Hat video starts off with ominously voiced dialogue of unsettling looking scenes involving people staring blankly with no life or movement to any of it other than the times they get closer to the screen, combined with heavy distortion that makes it even more creepy such as what it does to their eyes and faces, before swapping to a scene that involves nothing but a room of hats with an identical looping clip of a mouth opening and closing placed on every single hat all in sync with each other, before it cuts to close ups of them to make it even more surreal.
The spring video consists of ominious music combined with low quality models and again the most basic of animations, all of which makes it feel even more unnatural, and like in the hat video things feel like they've chosen simply to make it feel more unnerving - the face of the worm coming towards the screen for example. Just look at the scene at 1.51 with the bunnies, it's a different model to the one seen elsewhere in the video, and they just happen to rotate and change size in a way that makes them more offputting, with a dead, blank stare once again made far worse with the distortion but even without it would be terrifying, and for some reason 2 of them combine together which makes things even more scary as it's happening.
There are absolutely no points in them that seem normal. All of it feels like it's been chosen specifically to make it feel more unsettling.
