The first Happy Tree Friends DVD, released in 2003, was (appropriately) named First Blood. Certain copies came with a second disc titled "First Ever Bonus Pack":
However, all that exists of the Bonus Pack disc are this photo (which I myself uploaded a while back onto the Happy Tree Friends Wiki) and a mention in a television commercial for the First Blood DVD. Literally everything that would be on the Bonus Pack disc is lost media. This is especially strange, considering that the Happy Tree Friends series itself otherwise has very little to no lost media at all. Any users here interested in digging up what was on the Bonus Pack disc?
Maybe their name is specific enough, making it possible to find them on some other site and still be able to contact them?
As for the rip, unfortunately, what I found wasn't a link to the file. It's just a database entry which tells us how the file was once titled. It could potentially prove useful for localizing it. It seems to be long gone since its upload in 2003, though, as I searched for this exact name in Google and my link is the only result.
I contacted the creator via e-mail. (https://mondomedia.com/contact) Still no reply after 3 days. Maybe someone else should try their hand at this? Maybe showing some interest will get them to answer.
As you can see, this listing has multiple items signed by Rhode Montijo, who worked on HTF. So whoever owned this clearly was a big fan of HTF (or even possibly somebody who worked on it), so we can assume they can be trusted. The listing refers to the bonus pack as "a preview DVD of season two" which was actually what I expected and makes total sense. HTF season 2 was already well underway by the time the volume 1 DVD was released, so it makes sense that they would include some of those episodes in as an incentive to purchase volume 1 within the airing of the commercial.
Also, if you look closely at the bonus pack disc, you can make out text that seems to read "Running Time: 4 min.". This, combined with the fact we know the disc contains season 2 episodes leads me to believe that the episodes contained on the bonus pack are "Boo Do You Think You Are?", and "Mime and Mime Again". These episodes add up to about 3 minutes, with the extra 1 minute most likely being an introduction or ad to buy volume 2 when it comes out.
So while this does answer a few question and lets us make some educated guesses, we still aren't entirely sure about a few things. We can't know for sure what the actual contents of the disc are until one is found, which hasn't happened for a long time. Why is the disc in one listing packed in with the main disc, but in a separate sleeve in another listing? Hopefully one is found someday so we can know for sure.
It looks like it might still be for sale on Walmart's online store and on Amazon, which both use photos saying they include the disk. Are there multiple printings?

That's the thing. We're looking for a very specific print that includes the bonus pack. Thing is, the limited info we have makes it hard to tell what copies have the bonus pack. We know what the disc looks like and that it came in the same box as the main disc, but we don't know if the outside cover for the box mentioned the bonus pack at all.
In regards to the Walmart and Amazon listings, they sadly don't seem to share anything noteworthy. The Walmart listing has no mention of the bonus pack and the Amazon listing says that only 1 disc is included, so no help there.
I guess we'll just have to scan eBay listings in the hopes that a copy with the bonus pack shows up somewhere. They made these things, at least a FEW of them HAVE to exist, right? I've been collecting the HTF DVDs as of late and I'm still looking for more, so I'll post again here if i find anything about the bonus pack.
TLDW: The pack was released exclusively through a commercial on Comedy Central that aired the week of April 14th, 2004. The pack contains 3 episodes not seen on the main First Blood disc. The exact contents are unknown.
Interesting. In the past I can recall seeing sets containing the 4 TV volumes (like the one you shared), but with the winter break DVD as a fifth disc. I might be misremembering, but due to this set releasing in Europe years after First Blood, the chances of it containing the bonus pack are very low.
However, we should try to find proof of what that fifth disc is before we rule it out completely. Either way, it's another piece of history that's unanswered. I contacted the seller asking for additional info, and will report back if anything happens.

Hey just wanted to pop in and say I purchased the weird "5 disc" dvd set in question. I discovered it through this thread so I figured it's only right I do my part to investigate, since I had the means. It may end up just being a misprint but I'll be sure to report back either way.
It's currently still in transit from Australia to the US so it may take a while unfortunately, I just didn't want anyone thinking the mystery was lost to the void [:
