This is driving me crazy, I feel like I may have seen this too! I was watching this extremely long playlist of PSAs and that might have been one of them. Or maybe I just have a false memory since a lot of these PSAs have similarities.

orangey, thanks for the reply. The PSA was English language, and I'm reasonably sure that it originated in the USA.
It was probably from the 1970s.
I would like to see that extremely long playlist of PSAs, since there are others that I want to find, like the guy in the bell bottom pants at the street parking meter, as the song "standing here wondering which way to go" plays, and the viewers are warned not to drop out of high school.
I have, ironically, found the album cover for that song, with the image of that guy, but I can't find a moving pictue of it.
What are the names of some of the organizations that produce PSAs?
That might help both of us in looking for similar things. One I was able to find was the 55 MPH speed limit reducing hgihway fatalities the number of the population of Granelle Iowa.
I think one of the names in PSA is some kind of "ad council."
Well, anyway, I might do some net searches on "read the label."
No problem! Unfortunately although I'm American the playlist I was looking at was from a channel called easportsbig899 and they were PIFs (Public Information Films) from the United Kingdom.
For the US, some good companies to include in the search are The Ad Council and The National Safety Council. I would search "National Safety Council 1970s" on Youtube or archive.org.
I found this medicine psa from the National Safety Council, but it doesn't seem to fit. Still pretty neat!
The channel A/V Geeks has a great 1970s PSA playlist
