I grew up in Niagara the early to mid 90's before our family moved to the United States in 1997.
I watched a lot of TV as a kid and one show I vividly remember a show being broadcast of cable access known as "The Cap'N Video" which was produced by the show's host Ralph Zavadil.
The show was Pre-Jackass to say the least. He aired the show nearly every week performing dangerous stunts and advertising his phony products.
A few stunts I remember in particular are:
The Cap'N jumping off his van into his pool
A product which he described as the Burger Blender (exactly what it sounds like)
The Cap'N running through his fence and then proceeding to run into the camera
And the infamous, failed pool tarp stunt.
I've wanted to see the show once again, however there is one full episode and a handful of clips online.
(And yes, I am aware of the documentary, Beauty Day)

Most episodes were on his YouTube channel, but a few years ago YT took his pool plunge video down. So (like an idiot) he took all of the videos down because “There’s no Cap’N Video without the pool plunge.” My favorite episodes was Telephone Pole Shledding, where he jumped off of a pole right into a shed.
