So I've gotten some information from Shinmaster23 about an allegedly existing dubbing company called "Thunder Unlimited". Aside from this list below, no information about them exists and the only piece of media known to exist from them is their "dub" of Dingo Pictures's Peter und der Wolf (apparently called "Peter Vs. the Wolf" on the cover of a DVD of their "dub" of the film they released, which also contains two episodes of Sonic the Hedgehog and two of The Raccoons), which is just an audio adaption of the movie's source material narrated by Wilfred Pickles from 1950 slapped onto it, with many scenes being switched around. He gave the dub to me so I could upload it as he wasn't sure about uploading it himself (copyright, I assume?).
According to The Dingo Pictures Wiki, the supposed "dub" may have been made by Shin himself, considering the very suspicious circumstances about what allegedly happened to the disc (he said he gave it to his school or something), and the fact that none of the dubs for Dingo movies are known to use a "new" soundtrack (excluding the alternate Spanish dubs for Toys: Das Geburtstagsgeschenk and Anastasia, and the Italian dub of Alladin). And even East West/Fun Kid's/Art Media/whoever made those unenthusiastic-Dutchman-and-his-child dubs wouldn't stoop this low to take the soundtrack from some other property.

Encyclopedia a.k.a. Kiteretsu Daihyakka (or Kevin and B.U.D.S.T.E.R as they called it in their dub)
Dingo Pictures movies (the aforementioned Peter Vs. The Wolf, The Lion King of The Jungle and Hercules to be specific)
Doraemon (he didn't specify which version, the 1979 version is the most likely. He also claimed they did an English dub of Doraemon: Robot War, but I doubt it, considering its rarity)
Block 13
Vali (a Russian dub of Gravity Falls)
Perman
Ninja Hattori
Gattu Batu
Anpanman
Tokyo Pig
The Monkey's Paw
Astro Boy
Dragon Ball
Ultra Seven
Horrid Henry (this dub was made for American audiences.)
Caillou (apparently made for Nick Jr in the Philippines as they allegedly commissioned it)
El Chavo a.k.a. El Chavo del Ocho
Shima Shima (it was apparently pitched to HBO for a U.S. broadcast, they rejected it as they were worried that audiences would not get the comedy, thus it apparently ended up airing briefly on The Comedy Network in Canada and Channel 5 in Singapore)
Tora no Shimajirō (called "Sammy the Little Tiger" in their dub, commissioned by Nick Jr in the Philippines)
