Greetings, I need help locating a McDonalds commercial from around early 2004. The commercial starts off with some women at (presumably) a family member or friend’s baby shower. The women all look bored and, more importantly, hungry. A disembodied voice is narrating through all of this to the tune of “Rock A Bye Baby” until it cuts to one woman who says “You call this a lunchin’? I’m STARVING.” Then the women all go to McDonalds for some lunch. I’ve looked all over the internet and YouTube for this CM, but to no avail. It shouldn’t be this hard to find a commercial from only fifteen years ago, should it? Any help would be great.
I wish I could help. I have ripped, like 500 commercials in the past few months off of VHS tapes, but all of them are pre-2000.
No worries friend! 😄 If any other tape collectors are reading I remember seeing it played a lot around the Spring of that year (probably February-May of 2004 if I had to guess.)
In light of a rather obscure commercial being found, I am posting and bumping this thread once again to see if anyone knows what I’m talking about. If a commercial from the 90s that was locally made and only aired in certain parts of the country can be found, then surely a commercial that aired in the early-mid 2000s and was shown nationwide can be discovered.

Where were you went you saw this ad?

You know I do remember a specific time and place when I saw this ad quite often. It was during Spring Break of 2004 (this would have been roughly around late March/early April I think?). I remember it being the weekend and I remember spending that weekend watching a marathon of Mad TV on Comedy Central. I think the only reason I remember this specific time/place/event is because the ad played during every commercial break of that marathon.

Ah ok.
I meant what state as well, in case this was a local ad

Have you tried looking at commercial complications from 2004?
I also second this. Don't just limit yourself to McDonalds Ad compilations as well, since ads that were recently found like the Demon Lady one were found in random compilations

Agree with the above, but try to find more general commercial comps, like "Strange old commercials" or "Weird Restaurant Ads" in combination with the suggestions above.

Honestly, the commercial sounds pretty mundane in my opinion. Plus, you'll find the most random commercials in basic complimations. One time while watching a early 2000s complimation, a car commercial had a van drive through a haunted house to show off how nice the car was, and then the driver was revealed to be Tiger Woods which made it doubly random.
