So, I've been on a nostalgia spree with old PC games, but there's one game I want to revisit that I don't know the name of. I swear I've played a game that's as I will describe now:
You navigate an airplane across the United States map. The map is white, the plane I think is a red one-seater, the camera follows it around but from a top-down view, and there's a cute bug-like creature at the bottom-left of the screen in the HUD. If I recall correctly, the game is just you flying to the state identified on the screen.
I'm sorry that this will probably sound like a stupid question, but can you confirm that it wasn't, 'Let's Explore the Airport (1995)'?
Wasn't it. I've never actually played anything from Humongous.
The game I'm describing has you control the plane in a 2D top-down view, with the US map as the terrain. The bug character, iirc, had pre-rendered CGI sprites.
