Anyone remember Just Jordan? It had this Kid Comedian Lil JJ, It was a Nick Sitcom I can barely find any clips
there are also 2 other videos that are blocked in the U.S. on this channel www.youtube.com/channel/UCM_NXXx0XAoC79vURdzazxg If anyone can confirm they are not blocked in another country i would appreciate it. But yah there is almost no footage of this
I remember this show very well; it was a victim of the 2007-08 writer's strike it seems. I'm surprised in an age of TV recordings this one is somehow lost.
I wonder if petitioning Nickelodeon would do anything, even though we've got Electric Piper going (and seemingly so close).
Hello. I seem to remember this show on Nickelodeon it was about a kid in the suburbs living day to day life. the star of the show was at the time a rising kid star named lil jj.the show has seemingly vanished no episodes are available online anywhere. there were only 30 episodes produced its cancellation was due to a writers strike in 2008 .the only things that exist online are low quality videos of the intro so if someone can help me find it I'd appreciate it.
The name seems familiar, though I probably never watched it since I've always been someone more for Nick's animated programming and only watched the live-action shows if there was nothing else on.

damn. Just goes to show ANYTHING can go missing, no matter how recent. Maybe if someone bought the episodes off iTunes or somewhere they can reupload them. I never considered it before but it makes sense why this, Just for Kicks and other shows from the early and mid-2000s on Nick would go missing. Many of these shows were nothing special, and in any case they were taken off the air very quickly and frequently. I vividly remember this period in Nickelodeon's history. It seemed like new shows were being introduced and then taken off air every week. This period was a graveyard of mediocre to decent to good shows that were never given a chance because they got cut after 1 or 2 seasons. Since the quality was spotty and they weren't on the air long, they didnt develop the followings of, say, All That or Clarissa or Rugrats. So there wasn't/isn't any home recordings floating around (seriously, who's gonna tape Just Jordan or the X's?) and there's not a dedicated following online demanding release like there has been for 90s Nick. I know kids still watched Nick in the 2000s, but by then there was enough competition from other networks and other entertainment, and the quality did not warrant the fanatical cult following the 90s shows developed. Thats my hypothesis anyway

Yeah. I remember that time on Nick and there was a generally pretty negative perception at the time of Nickelodeon at the time (2005-08). Many were calling for old shows to return and in general it seemed Nick hated the fans, so to speak. To be honest, it seemed Nickelodeon was pretty desperate and throwing all kinds of shit at the wall.
Then came iCarly, which practically saved the network. It seems the success of iCarly kinda allowed Nick to be able to slowly forget about these shows, and honestly, it does seem that's what's happened.
As for the show, it mostly followed a pretty stereotype mid 2000s teen rich kid sitcom, pretty generic. I'd imagine Nick still has this somewhere, but how willing they'd be to release it is beyond me, and I can't imagine they'd be willing to visit a pretty dark period in their time.

Yep. I'd say it was even earlier, like 2003/4 when this "dark age" started, but thats a minor point of contention. This was around when I stopped watching because all the good shows like Rugrats and Hey Arnold were finally pulled off, and nothing was introduced to replace it. Anything promising like My Life as a Teenage Robot or Catscratch got pulled before you could really fall in love with it, and there was so much stupid new crap like the X's or Just Jordan being thrown around that nobody liked. I think thats exactly right--they were throwing a bunch of things at the wall to see what stuck.
Judging by their denial of Cry Baby Lane's existence, how it took years for them to upload old shows online (and in some cases, like Clarissa, it's still not the full seasons), and how they were content to let Just for Kicks fall into complete obscurity...I'd say we're never going to see JJ again unless someone bought episodes off iTunes or a similar online store while it was there. Nick has nothing but disdain for its audience, past and present. And I can't see a "00's are all that!" block developing because, again, nobody lied these shows even then. Sorry, OP.

lost in that it never aired or no longer exists? No. Lost in that it seems to have vanished from the internet with no way to watch it? It seems so. This warrants an article, I'd say
I remember the show, I just don't remember watching it. I only watched El Tigre and Drake and Josh, but I saw commercials for it. Is it similar to the Lil Romeo show? I was more into Cartoon Network at the time, so I have no other things to say. It would be interesting to find some episodes.
I did watch Invader Zim reruns on Nicktoons (or TeeNick?) when I could.
