- Don't you just hate it when you accidentally select a word or several words when typing stuff on your smartphone and so you accidentally erase text or you are forced to erase text if you want to keep on typing anything?
- Don't you just hate it when websites or apps keep disconnecting/logging you off?
I experienced both. Jeez, they both suck.
Dreams are boundless, imaginations are infinite, space is a multi-directional spiral & Akazukin ChaCha is my favorite anime
- Don't you just hate it when business hours for important services are ridiculously concentrated in very short times, and for a few days in the week?
- Don't you just hate it when you are looking for an image in Google Images, but the one you want is in a blurry potato quality, because it is hosted on Facebook or another shitty website and thus, it doesn't render into its normal definition from the preview image?
- Don't you just hate it when people share images on Facebook that are tiny and thus stretched to a blurry mess in their message?
- Don't you just hate it when Discord suddenly stops sending your messages and your message remains grey after you sent it? And you are waiting for it to either send or turn red?
- Don't you just hate it when somebody leaves you hanging during a chat for hours, especially when you bring them very relevant news that should logically have them react on the fly?
- Don't you just hate it when there are no preview images appearing when you post a link on Discord, even though it's supposed to?
Don't you just hate it when you put yourself out there as an artist, and know on some level there will be this sense of rejection, but you basically gotta be your own cheerleader and pack away what little positive comments you got into your brain so you don't inevitably get discouraged and quit? And yet you will always have someone telling you "well thats your perception" and so the whole experience of putting your art out into the world (or social media) feels like this weird adrenaline rush that teeters into this strange disassociative daze that leaves you wondering what it means to be an artist?

I hate it when people refuse to watch a movie just because it's in black and white.
I hate it when people refuse to watch a movie just because it's subtitled.
I hate it when people refuse to watch anything made before some arbitrary cutoff date. ("Thats old!")
I hate it when people constantly complain about the endless trove of remakes, reboots, sequels and prequels...yet see them in theaters anyway and ensure there will be more. (Someone once said to me "I saw The Last Jedi. Wasnt as quite as bad as I expected it to be." Like, if you knew it would be bad, why even go?)
I hate it when people have irrational brand loyalty and try to forcibly silence criticism of a billion dollar company that doesnt care whether any of us live or die. Ive seen this from Coca-cola, Apple, Nintendo and Disney/Star Wars fanboys. You cant say anything remotely negative about them without some idiot, who's based a part of their identity as "fan of XX brand," attacking you with a level of voraciousness as if you were insulting their mother.
I hate how DRM is literally built in to HDMI cables and component video output has been completely phased out. I payed $25 for this limited release Bluray from Europe and another $100 for a region free player. You bet your ass Im making a safety copy in case the disk gets scratched. Im not exhibiting it publicly, Im not distributing it, and I even wrote a positive review on my blog (which admittedly few will see) encouraging others to buy the official release. I just want a backup in case the disk fails someday after the repressing is out of print and hard to find. That shouldnt be illegal. Manufactured scarcity/obsolescence is the devil.
- Don't you just hate it when the cable of a device gets frayed and the whole thing is rendered non-functional just because of the cable? That cannot be detached and replaced?
- Don't you just hate it when there is a tech problem with your device, and the message just says "There has been an error" without any goddamn clue?
- Don't you just hate it when the subtitles of a show totally miss the point because something is untranslatable? (like Lex Luthor saying "Superman, rencontre ton Doomsday!")
- Don't you just hate it when the subtitles of a show suddenly make a ridiculous translation that renders a dramatic scene ridiculous instead? (like a hero facing the illusion of his abusive mother... and his friends tell him "Don't, it is the pink elephant!")
- Don't you just hate it when a franchise cannot keep the localized names consistent in your language, even though it is blaringly obvious with just a tiny bit of research? (like how the dog in Inspector Gadget is officially Finot in French, the show was created by a French guy, the original cartoon was a French-Japanese-American co-production, it always had good French presence... and yet the 1999 live-action movie still calls him "Brain" in the French dub)
- Don't you just hate it when there are spam bots in the comments of an interesting article?
- Don't you just hate it when an older comic book gets a new printed release, and the new colors are uglier, blander and go terribly together? Even though the original coloring was perfectly fine?
- Don't you just hate it when something is seen as "outdated" and thus "bad", like the animation style of an early 90s cartoon, even though it looks very good for its day (and now!) and certainly better than a lot of cheap stiff cold modern cartoons that barely look above Newgrounds-level?
- Don't you just hate it when there is construction work in your building, with loud drilling noises throughout the day, so you need to buy soundproof earphones to at least function without going insane?
- Don't you just hate it when a childhood friend stops responding to your messages forever?
- Don't you just hate it when your friends bond over their nostalgic love for Bionicle but you don't care for it?
- Don't you just hate it when an older comic book gets a new printed release, and the new colors are uglier, blander and go terribly together? Even though the original coloring was perfectly fine?
Is that a dig at the reprinting of The Killing Joke with muted colors? I saw the reprinting first and thought that was the way it was always supposed to be. When I finally saw the original with its crazy psychedelic filter over everything it blew me away. The coloring is about the only good thing about that otherwise lame, overrated story. (The film adaptation sucked too.)

Not The Killing Joke, but some Disney comics that I first read in the 90s. I saw they got reprinted in the 2000s and it was worse-looking, sometimes even downright contradicting the text (like Donald Duck wears an outfit that is clearly described as red, but is colored blue in the art).
I've first read The Killing Joke in its new colors, which is apparently how Brian Bolland always wanted it. But I have to agree the original crazy colors were quite cool.
-Old pc games where you gotta refresh or go to new pages to get to different parts of the game, the MadTV game come to mind
-Might just be me but when I accidentally scratch a piece of paper and the feeling never leaving my mind for 20 minutes
-Discord Nitro, 90 percent of the features there should be free
-The internet's over glorification of mental illness and not having friends. Its not quirky or cool at all, its unhealthy.
-Some people's obsession to defend hatred of a piece of media, like the recent release of the controversial game "Balan Wonderworld", where I've seen multiple people shout at others for hating the game and saying its overhated and all that, simply because people have opinions that may not line up with theirs.
-On that note, Twitter. Everything about it is awful.
-Reddit admins. Reddit is already terrible as is but the admins are some of the biggest wastes of human life ever created
-The hatred of Flash as an animation platform. Just because some bad looking cartoons used flash doesnt mean its a useless platform.
-LMW articles that just have terrible grammar.
-Very long blocks of text with no TL;DR, you really expect me to read that much

I agree on discord nitro. A lot of it's premium features feel pretty basic.

Second this. I know it gives you a higher file size attachment, but that should be free from the gecko. It's annoying to have only 8MB for attachments on basic accounts. The only time I have Discord Nitro is when I win it in server giveaways, it's just not worth the money for me.
I also agree with jetster's points on Twitter, Reddit, mental illness. Twitter and Reddit are highly negative/political at times

I got banned from several subreddits a few years ago for criticizing the State of Israel's treatment of Palestinians and for being critical of Hillary Clinton when she was running. Now I see people in those same subreddits share the same opinions that got me banned in the past. It's just popular to say *now.* Still waiting for my bans to be lifted...
I recommend not mentioning controversial/political subjects.
Anyway, back to grumbling!
- Don't you just hate it when you cannot eat empenadas in your city anymore? They used to sell frozen empenadas in the foreign cooking area of your supermarket... they don't sell them anymore. There used to be an Argentinian restaurant that served nice empanadas... it doesn't exist anymore.
- Don't you just hate it when you want to show a friend a funny image or video that is relevant to the conversation... and you find out the image and video doesn't exist on the internet anymore? You search and search but it's all been deleted and nobody bothered to make backups? And it's awkwarrrrrd?
- Don't you just hate it when there is a water leaking problem in your walls? And so you'll have to go through mounds of meetings and paperwork to fix the problem? And you wonder why they just don't build walls with solid waterproof material already?
don't you hate it when you're a fan of a series that's in another language and the fan translations are behind, and it doesn't look like there's gonna be an official version of the series in your language anytime soon?
