I know this thread has mostly focused on the game shows, but stumbled upon something kind of interesting. When I searched Hub Network on YouTube, I found what appears to be reuploads of Hub screencap compilations from the site Nick and More sometime in 2017.
What's interesting is these videos seem to include screencaps from bumpers and promos that haven't been uploaded online, including a Atomic Betty holiday special promo (2011), a Up Next bumper for what appears to be The Haunting Hour and The Muppets Christmas Carol (2011), a Saturdays promo that looks kind of similar to the "Hub Carolers" bumper (2012), Some Wizards Vs. Aliens promos (2013), promo with footage of the red carpet premiere of Transformers Prime: Beast Hunters (2013), a Bumblebee bumper (2013), a cereal box bumper (2013), and a basketball bumper (2013).
At first I thought they may have originated from Nick and More's YouTube channel, but they don't seem to have one. These videos don't even appear on their Archive.org account. I wanted to contact them, but they don't allow DMs.

I have a huge breakthrough! So i'm not sure if I mentioned this before, but there were several projects planned for The Hub that were scrapped. These included Harriet the Spy, Morbid Manor, KISS Hello Kitty, Mindtrap, and Center of the Universe. I just contacted Ted Biaselli, who was the vice president of the Hub and worked on it's programming, and he gave me a lot of information on what these projects were going to be. According to Ted, "Morbid Manor was sort of an updated take on a Munsters-type family. It was a blended family, dad was human, mom was... not. And the dilemma of how do they raise the kids “monsters or mortals'," "Center of the Universe was a cross between Space Camp and Cheers if it were set in the Star Wars Cantina. A group of kids accidentally get sent up to a space station that is like the crossroads of the universe. Lots of aliens and wacky hijinks," "Mindtrap was a Gameshow that had families trapped in a giant puzzle by a diabolical supervillain and his minion and they had to work together to get out," Harriet the Spy was a, "really fun, modern take that felt smart and relevant," and, "was planned to be a series," and KISS Hello Kitty, "was bananas. Part Powerpuff Girls, part My Little Pony. With really irreverent takes on the characters and classic KISS songs."
I also asked him about whether a 2nd Annual Halloween Bash was planned, and he responded, "We did have intentions to make an annual event of the Halloween Bash. But the decision by the parent companies (Hasbro and Discovery) to divest came early enough in 2014, that we didn’t get to start planning for year 2."
I literally asked the damn host and he doesn't even know where we can watch it.
To be fair, this doesn't mean he doesn't have any episodes himself (although I don't think it's likely he does), just that he doesn't know of anywhere where we can watch it (which we already sort of knew). I imagine that if he directly asked Discovery to add the series to Discovery+ he might actually get somewhere.
Honestly, Discovery+ has a really impressive back catalog it seems, with even shows that lasted only 1 season (Stuck with Hackett, Penn and Teller Tell a Lie, Unchained Reaction) making it in. However, most of The Hub co-productions don't seem to have made the cut, probably indicating that The Hub's streaming rights aren't handled the same. Even really popular shows like My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic aren't on there. Tubi still has a lot of the shows from The Hub, so I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the team at Discovery+ doesn't realize that Tubi doesn't have the rights to Family Game Night. However, a lot of the game show-esque shows from Discovery networks aren't on Discovery+ (the exceptions are mostly popular shows like Cash Cab) so maybe they also haven't cared to add them either.
ATTENTION ALL THREAD MEMBERS: ME AND RACELYMPICS SEEM TO HAVE FOUND A POSSIBLE LEAD. A YOUTUBE USER CLAIMS TO HAVE SO MANY EPISODES ON DVD, BUT WE HAVE TO BUY THEM FROM HIM FOR ABOUT $110. WE DO NOT KNOW IF HE IS TELLING THE TRUTH, ALTHOUGH WE SUSPECT HE IS.

Sounds like a scam, bro. Did he show you these "DVDs" or just say that he has them?

I don't believe it is a scam. He is one of the people who already had episodes uploaded to his YouTube channel.
