Iz and the Zizzles episode 2 English audio?

This is something recently brought to the attention of the public. Iz and the Zizzles is a 2 episode animated show. For the longest time it was though that there was only a 1 episode show. But recently a second episode was found. The only problem is the only version of the second episode is in Romanian. It’s unknown if the second episode was ever aired or released to the public in English but it definitely exists somewhere. In the Romanian dub the songs are all in English but the speaking dialogue is in Romanian. This show was originally made in English so the original English version has to exist somewhere even if it was never released to the public.
