This is a vague little timeline, showing the approximate dates when each of the official Pokémon Live! websites opened and closed. All of this couldn't have been possible without the Wayback Machine.

eKIDSinternet also held a Pokémon contest sometime during January, 2001. The first contest involved listening to 5 songs from Pokémon Live! and naming all of them correctly. The prize was a Nintendo 64, and the winners were chosen January 23, 2001. There was another contest, which involved finding Pikachu on the eKIDSinternet website. The main Pokémon ecenter had an Adobe Flash “movie” playing, but is no longer viewable. Fortunately, anyone who scans the website with HTML can see that the developer typed what was said in that Flash “movie”. Here is the text, extracted from the Pokémon ecenter website, before it was removed sometime after February 6, 2001.

I'd be interested in contacting Norman J. Grossfeld, if anyone has any idea on how to do that. Won't be easy now that 4Kids is gone.
I hate to quote myself, but has anyone ever attempted this? I tried finding contact info, but there just isn't any. He's a member of the Directors Guild of America, if that's somewhere to start.
Dec. 6 - Dec. 10: Camden, NJ, Blockbuster-Sony Music Entertainment Centre
Dec. 12 - Dec. 17: Worcester, MA, Centrum Centre

tl;dr for those who don't want to watch chad's video:
-pokemon live recordings were found from overseas performances in dubai and a spanish dubbed version, the shows were cut down to half the length and many human characters and pokemon were cut as well
-pokemon live props were found in an abandoned theatre in toronto, these included the pokemon that were cut from international shows
-legally, the producer of pokemon live cannot release an official tape of the show without 4kmedia's consent as they acquired the tape when 4kids was liquidated; since they are owned by konami, getting them to work with the pokemon company to legally release pokemon live is very unlikely, if not impossible
Watched the Chadtronic video. Here are some theories I have as to why the props are in a location where Pokemon Live didn't preform: 1. It was a rehersal site for the international show because the props left behind like Goldduck are not in the international shows. During the rehersal, they decided that they would not need those props and left them behind. 2. The people hosting the Pokemon Live show rented out the space for storage of the props they could not take overseas, but they were left abandoned 3. Those props malfunctioned some time during the shows run and was left in that theater as storage.
Note: In Freaktography's first video covering the theater containing the props (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qGEBO7HAt4), in one of the replies to the comments, he states that the owner of the theater has locked away the Pokemon items for safe keeping.

speaking of the 20th anniversary, i searched through this thread to make sure it wasn't posted already, but i remembered an old defunct pokemon fansite that was initially created to be a pokemon live fansite and found this link. it includes an entire play by play synopsis of pokemon live (mirrored here, song lyrics are included as well) - catfish.it.cx/trsrockin/trsrockin.com/script.html
on the main subpage for pokemon live, the former siteowner also had this to say-
"Ever heard of Pokemon Live? It was a stage show that started up around Summer 2000, essentially taking the basic plot of the animated series and combining it with music, dancing, and neat special effects. In December 2000, my dad and I drove 300 miles to Camden, NJ, to see this wonderful show, and we were both totally blown away by the amazing special effects. Here are a few examples: during "Misty's Song", huge Pokemon puppets floated around a black-lit stage - and they actually moved like the Pokemon are supposed to! Goldeens looked they were swimming, and Mew floated gracefully around the sky (they even did Mew's tail separately). Giovanni's MechaMew2 was impressive, especially when it exploded, shooting sparkly bits of confetti into the audience. Even the Team Rocket HQ was done in a neat way - with the whole chorus dressed as evil Rocket minions and odd purple lighting it felt creepy! During "Double Trouble", two Rockets banged steel pipes along with the rhythm as Jessie and James danced around an irritated Giovanni.
Flanking the stage were two towers built to resemble Pokedexes, which showed clips from the shows during song numbers. Interestingly enough, the forbidden scene from "Holiday at Acapulco" appeared during Team Rocket's song, "The Best at Being the Worst". Also shown were scenes from "Legend of Dratini" (such as where James grabs Jessie and leaps from the Safari Zone sign... to crash face-first on the ground).
Some of the actors were phenomenal, others weren't very good. The best-played characters were Giovanni (who appeared both evil and slightly nuts - and who actually got BOOED by the kids at curtain call!) and Brock (that guy could REALLY dance!) Ash was good, except that he seemed awfully old (especially funny when Gio was calling him "little boy"), but Team Rocket were terrible. I was tempted to go up on stage and tell them how to do the motto properly! There were also small actors playing the roles of Meowth, Pikachu, Jigglypuff, and Mewtwo, with the actual VA voices (pre-recorded)."
i remember reading up on and using this website a Lot when i was younger prior to the owner shutting it down in early-mid 2011 and she had stated that her goal was to provide as much information as possible to those who couldn't make it to the show + her believing that an official recording seemed unlikely, which in hindsight was smart of her to write all of this down while she still remembered it.
she also bought the soundtrack from amazon around the time, and stated that it very rarely pops up on ebay auctions (this was written...around 2001 or 2002 i believe) catfish.it.cx/trsrockin/trsrockin.com/pklive_soundtrack.html this is an article of her reviewing the officially released soundtrack
