I wonder when we'll see the release or uploading of the DVDs mentioned in that post? (Video_TS)
The most likely thing right now is that they were shot, archived but never edited. They did announce a DVD/VHS release on the official Pokémon website.
Chris Mitchell even commented on Chadtronic's video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpJhTN-QSQ8 "Another VERY good person to contact would be Norman J. Grossfeld. He was the Executive producer and the one that got the show videoed in Chicago in the first place. He was the president of 4Kids Productions, a subsidiary of 4Kids Entertainment. He produced the English adaptations of the first eight seasons of the Pokémon TV series and six seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh!. He produced five seasons of the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, five Pokémon movies, one Yu-Gi-Oh! movie and he also produced the 3 Seasons of Winx Club on 4KidsTV.[2][3] In addition to producing and executive producing, Grossfeld co-wrote most of the Pokémon films, which grossed over $600 million worldwide. Grossfeld is credited with writing the Pokémon franchise's tagline, "Gotta catch 'em all!" Look at his Wikipedia page to find out more. I've never been able to get in touch with him."

"Okay, I have something to add. I was in contact with Chris Mitchell a few years ago. He recorded several shows, and he actually mailed me several DVDs of them. So, including the one that's on YouTube, I have six shows, though one of them is incomplete.
The shows are:
9/30/2000 Radio City Music Hall, New York, NY (INCOMPLETE)
10/14/2000 Wallingford, CT
10/22/2000 Toronto, ON
11/30/2000 Charlotte, NC
12/30/2000 Milwaukee, WI
1/5/2001 Chicago, IL
He also sent me the original cast recording and a disc of extras like commercials, news footage, etc. I suppose I could share."

Did any of you guys actually attend Pokemon Live? I would of have but i wasn't into Pokemon at the time :/
It would've been interesting to see Pokemon Live, but there is no DVD, VHS or anything. Just bad recordings. But due to all the hype Pokemon has been getting recently, (giving all the blame to the 20th anniversary of Pokemon, Pokemon Go! and Pokemon Sun/Moon), it's kinda disappointing that not much progress has been made of uncovering this piece. Looks like people are more interested in ADWSS and the Christine Chubbuck tape than any other lost media.
There is still interest in Pokémon Live, but people have been looking for ADWSS & the Chubbuck tape long before Chadtronic brought attention to it. With ADWSS's fate recently coming to light, as well as the resurfacing of the Electric Piper (among other lost media), people might come back to Pokémon Live when there's no longer a 'top priority' search.
As a matter of fact, without giving too much away, I've made contact with a source who played a part in putting on the original USA performances. Though this person (whose identity will remain anonymous) claims to have no involvement in the DVD release, given the role this person played in making the show a reality, there's a really good chance the person MIGHT have a copy of multi-angle footage (or at least, slightly better quality than the Milwaukee show on YouTube). I've been meaning to re-email him regarding a possible exchange, but as I'm currently tied up with schoolwork and other private issues, I won't be able to make any progress at least until Wednesday.
We might be close to uncovering SOMETHING about the recordings, but for the time being, all we can really do is be patient.

But there IS a new lost media topic on the rise, The Clock Man.

Chadtronic bought attention to the Pokemon Live mystery. He never did anything about ADWSS or Chubbuck.

Or maybe I interpreted that wrong.
What I meant to say was that Chadtronic was ONLY involved in bringing attention to Pokémon Live, and that the searches for ADWSS & Chubbuck were taking place long before he created #findpokemonlive. Sorry if I didn't clarify a little better.

I want to bring more attention to the PBS Kids bumps tho. They were a big part of my childhood. Shame that they haven't been found that much lately. Late 90s-Early 00s kids UNITEEEE!!!!
Also I think PBSfanatic should join our forums. He is like the PBS master (um, sorta...)

Having spent all of the early '00s watching PBS Kids, I'd definitely throw my support towards finding those bumps as well!

I made a thread about no one helping me find lost things. I tried on my own, and nothing was found. And by nothing, i mean zilch. Nada. No trace of these found.
BTW, do you remember the PBSK bumpers I have asked for?
And since you are a 00s kid, remember the Kaboink magazine given out by Time Warner Cable?

You can't force anyone to help you, it does take some kind of interst. If nobody helps you and you know its lost make an article for the subject. I still know of 15 shows that are lost and nobody will help me eather. So it takes time, and just keep it in the back of your mind untell the times right.

Aw yeah. I will make those articles.

HUGE NEWS!!!! A professionally shot recording of the 2001 DUBAI performance of Pokémon Live has been FOUND and UPLOADED!!!! www.youtube.com/watch?v=4cXLN8SmH84
Courtesy of MiG Ayesa (who played Ash Ketchum during this particular performance), it appears that the Dubai show was SIGNIFICANTLY different from the American tour. Though all roles have been recast by Arabic actors and actresses, the show plays out in English and retains the general plot and song numbers performed in the West. However, possibly due to a lower budget, the show has a stripped-down feel to it that definitely makes it stand out, feeling somewhat more like a school play than a million-dollar production. It should also be noted that the characters of both Professor Oak and Delia (Ash's Mother) have been cut entirely from the show, removing the central conflict between mother and son, and the subplot of Misty's romantic feelings towards Ash has been cut as well, alongside many of the musical numbers.
Running under 50 minutes, the Dubai show is far from the perfect representation of Pokémon Live, but considering this performance has been lost for over 15 years, it is well worth the wait to see how it unfolded. As previously stated, this IS a professionally shot recording, featuring multiple angles of footage cut together, as well as a few close-ups of the WALL CONTENTS!
This is an excellent discovery in relation to finding more footage on Pokémon Live, and I'm hoping there'll be more to resurface in the near future!

Wow, this is an amazing find! The quality is superb for 2001, even if the performance is not as professional as the ones in the USA. Thanks for sharing this and providing information.
