There was a rant video titled "Is Ready Player One garbage?" by Ross Hacks, it was uploaded in April 2018. Then a few months later in July the video had unexpectedly disappeared. It's the most recent piece of YouTube lost media I could think of. He now goes by Trap Lore Ross.
Not sure if this was brought up anywhere. But Jon Cartwright currently from Good Vibes Gaming, formally from Nintendo Life, GameXplain, used to have a youtube channel known as Nom Comms. I believe he privated all his old videos and I cant find almost anything anymore. I remember watching them back in the day especially there top 10’s and remember a video about the Wii U before it was released in Europe where they slapped a U on a Wii and started celebrating.
this is merely a recreation of a really pointless video i found during the early 2010s that is now gone, but still lives rent free on my head.
(it is probably very accurate too as i had made it at around the same time i found it, only recently coming across the file for it again)
it's likely that the original video was recorded with a camera. either way here it is.
i think this still classifies as lost media considering it is only a recreation, even if it's specific and "low effort" enough that it might as well just serve as a replacement
I already posted this in the "Personal lost media" thread earlier today, but I figured I'd post it here as well.
Back in March of 2012, I published a video titled "Walden is Stupid: Not-Perfecto Party" to my first YouTube channel, "1happycats". An edit of the Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! episode "Perfecto Party", it involves Walden attempting to wreck Wubbzy's party by making a dangerous dish called the "Food of Doom". He ends up blowing up the entirety of Wuzzleburg by hitting a rock after putting a cherry bomb on the Food of Doom. What I remember about it was some odd choices I made in terms of editing, such as most of the new dialogue being spoken in Speakonia, and music from Os Carrinhos being added in. In one scene, Wubbzy asks his friends to burp, and calls Buggy "Bugger". At the end of that short, the "WTF Boom" sound is heard just as Walden runs into the rock.
My 1happycats channel somehow closed while making a new account specifically for The New Charlie and Lola Show episodes titled "NewCharlieAndLola" (I lost the login details for that account and therefore cannot access it anymore, so likely by then I ended up making yet another which is now called "1happycats Classics & Gaming"), and the original video file for "Not Perfecto Party" was lost. I don't know if it was because I forgot to back it up while resetting my PC in October of that year, or if I lost it at an earlier point, but basically I don't have it anymore. I have been thinking of remaking the short and uploading that somewhere, but it would still be appreciated if someone had a copy of the original and can upload it.

Ultimatekai is one of the old-school YouTubers I miss the most. Her videos were very entertaining. There's also a lot of old fan films like the Resident Evil fan film I made a thread about earlier.

Yeah, she was one of the first OG Youtubers, too. I think she joined in December 2005, so a few months before I did. I think she may have edged out Boh3m3 and possibly thewinekone for how old her account was. That's a marvel in of itself. I'd like to hope that she knows that her fans are still out there and here for her regardless of if she plans on returning or not.
As for the Resident Evil one, that would be cool to see resurface. There's so much unique fan content out there that's just hard to find now if it wasn't purged.

Here's the thread I made about the fan film, I'm unsure if I posted it in the right sub-forum or not.

I already made a post about this on another thread but for whatever reason circa late 2019 or 2020 a series of Transformers fanart videos i watched as a wee lad was almost entirely fucking deleted with literally only one surviving.
danooct1 (the DOS/Windows 3.x/9x virus guy) supposedly had a video about an early form of rogue antivirus from around Windows 9x (predating SpySherriff even) era. I used to remember the name, but not anymore.
