Whoever is the first one to email, let us all know, because we don't wanna bombard Shawn with a bunch of the same email. Has anyone done it yet? Because I can do it, if no one else has yet.
Hello everyone. Hope this email finds everyone well and that you all are staying safe in these crazy and challenging times!
I am resurrecting this from the dead. I am a YTV insider directly involved with both My Special Book, Little Big Kid and many other shows. I have been lurking anonymously looking at these posts for the past little while and it is really tugging at my heart strings. I wish to remain anonymous...for now
This is an extreme longshot, but DEFINITELY worth a try. Back in the day, one of the main cameramen for pretty much all of YTV’s shows was a gentleman by the name of Shawn Kelly. I know him well. Shawn has shot wayyyyyy up the ladder and is now the Executive Vice President, Technology for Corus. For email, you can try Shawn.Kelly@corusent.com. If that doesn’t work, maybe call Corus directly and ask for him. Again, no guarantees, but definitely worth a shot with regards to Shawn being of assistance.
If Corus owns these shows outright, you might have some success in asking them to release them onto their various Treehouse YouTube channels.
That would be pretty awesome. I doubt it will happen though. They probably don't see any reason to release them due to money, as really the only people who would be interested or care are people like us, or nostalgic people. But, we seem to be a very demanding market, so it's worth a try. If they put them on there, that would save us so much time and effort and we could watch them legally.

So, I sent an email to Shawn Kelly. Here's what I got back:
Dear Alex,
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
Please note that, due to the large volume of mail that we receive about our current shows and schedule, we generally can't maintain information on programs whose contracts are expired or that have been off our schedule for more than a year.
Also, we are currently unable to provide copies of our programs as Treehouse does not have a service in place to accommodate such requests. As well, we are generally only licensed to broadcast programs and not to distribute them. If you are looking for copies of a program, we suggest you try searching on-line to see if the program is available for retail sale.
Sincerely,
Treehouse
Obviously since I mentioned Treehouse in the email, they redirected it to Treehouse.
