While I would wish for A day in the life of spongebob squarepants to be found, I feel the whole conspiracy with the laundering scheme way more interesting then the mockumentuary ever would be, so I would wish for the Steve Irwin death tape to be found.
Peludopolis by Quirino Cristiani gets my vote as it has such great historical and cultural value, not to mention that the style is so distinct and different to what is now seen in animation.
It's probably a bit silly, but...I'd wish for the entirety of The Puzzle Place to be found. Every last episode. It was one of my favorite shows as a little kid--I actually still have a plushie of Sizzle the Cat (I think that was her name; it's been a VERY long time, obviously) lying around somewhere--and learning that a good chunk of the show is considered lost broke my damn heart.
It may not be historically significant like the Chubbuck tape. It might not have a fascinating plot like The Electric Piper. But it's extremely important to me, so that's the one I'd wish for.
I would kill for Marble Blast Evolved, a version of the game Marble Blast Ultra that never got released but that there are videos of and some leaked levels from. I know it exists and it's still out there and from all the videos of it, it looks amazing. Sadly it's copyright that prevents that from happening.
As much as I'd love to have a VHS/DVD/U-Matic/etc. boxset of the English version of Amazing Three to marathon through, I'd rather use my wish to get The Day The Clown Cried. I'd feel bad using my wish on something I could of bought untranslated over a movie that isn't found at all.
Columbine basement tapes. I was gonna say Chubbuck but at least 3 people have said that already so I'm gonna go with my other choice
Just go onto Youtube and look for Doom speedruns. That's totally what caused it, right? The tapes do sound like something I'd watch. I would be interested to see how they changed as they made the tapes.
