All we knew about this was a 3:39 clip that was uploaded to YouTube back in 2006.
There were three of us looking to see if there were any more skits, episodes, etc. Jorge said in his video that What's Your Problem aired in either Pittsfield, MA or Tarrytown, NY. We managed to track down the channel that reportedly aired the show.
According to the email they sent us, this is all they had in their archive, a few skits out of what they described as a long running series of skits made by one man, Garrett McCarey, who started his act in Pittsfield in 1988, after being based in Tarrytown for some time before this.
So yeah, this is the full video, from the POV of Pittsfield Public Access, but a lot of the show still appears to be lost.

Why would you say that?
The only reason we got what we currently have is because of the Pittsfield archives. Do we know of any in Tarrytown at all? And anyways, whos to say theirs are in good condition, as the archive from Pittsfield is already fairly degraded? Not saying it's impossible to find anything from Tarrytown, but it's probably going to be a lot harder.
I didn't even knew this was lost. And this was apparently a show in public access TV, so probably someone out there has tape recordings of this or something (maybe someone wanted to record a TV show they wanted to watch while they were gone?).
