I really wish other lost media YouTubers would cover it. Why are most of them so averse in covering lost English dubs of heavily reworked adaptations?!
This isn't helping the discussion/search at all, but as a fun anecdote, when Cartoon Network Mexico started airing Saint Seiya around 2004 to align with flagship Cartoon Network, they totally ignored Knights of the Zodiac and just used masters from an old unedited dub instead
Is there a precedent of a show dubbing a a show uncut and then dubbing again to the edited adaptation? I know apparently Golion was dubbed uncut in Italy and then it received the edited Voltron dub as well.
I'm going to write down my notes on the probable cut content from the missing 10 episodes of the DiC dub.

Anyone know what wacky censorship, cuts and edits occured?
I talked to Katie Griffin, voice of Shania of the DiC dub of saint Seiya, knights of the Zodiac, and she said she doesn't remember much at all from dubbing the show. She has no material, but is hoping the rest of the eps are found. She said that she would record for Shania weekly, but she isn't in a lot of the 40 eps DiC produced since her screentime in general was short.
I will go ahead and look at each ep missing episode and predict which scenes were edited in the episode.
EP 29: Attack of the Crow Army.
Last seen on CN SVES block March 20, 2004 and YTV Canada.
Part 1 of the Silver Saint Crow Jamien 2 partner. The edits probably dealt with cuts of ikki punching Seiya over a disagreement, battle against mooks, Jamie's fight, birds getting hurt and Seiya getting stomped.
Ep 30: Athena's Aura of Love. Last seen on CN SVES March 27, 2004 and YTV Canada.
Part 2 of the silver saint crow Jamien 2 partner. The edits in this ep probably had the removal and coloring of blood when Seiya shatters his right arm. There was an insert song in the original when Athena went to save seiya which DiC may or may not have replicated in the dub. Maybe some cuts to the Shania fight.
Ep 33 Sightless Dragon's Tears. Last seen in June 2004 on Canada YTV.
Part 1 of the Ohko 2 partner. The edits in this ep probably cut around shun ray swimming without cloths. Cut out a dog being kicked and little kids fighting each other and a bear being chocked. Paint out the blood on Shiryus face.
Part 2 of the Ohko 2 partner. The edits in this episode probably has scenes of killing the fish, bandits killing deer amd family cut. Removal of skeletons on the ground. Cut out the bloody scenes in the Ohko fight. Remove and recontextualize ohkos death in Shiryus hands. Maybe he went off to continue training?cut out his grave site.
Ep 35 Seiya's Journey of Hope The Silver Saint Tarantula Arakune episode. The edits in this ep probably cut out Tarantula falling to his death on the ground.
Scorpio Miro debuts. The pope shower scene was probably cut out. Recolored blood in the fights. Cut around the fight of kid Shania against a play ground girl in a flashback. Last seen June 2004 on YTV Canada.
More silver saints show up. More cuts between the fights between Shania and gold saint Leo Aioria and blood cut out. Shania takes a beam blow hit. Maybe tone it down. Last seen July 2004 on YTV Canada.

Ep 38 Battle of the Gold Knights The Aioria fight. Cut around the pipe trying to kill baby Athena with a sword and cut out the pipe without clothes in the pool scene.
Ep 39 Dragon Defends his Master The Cancer Mephisto episode. Who voiced him in the dub?. The blood was probably recolored again. Name change of cancer death mask to cancer Mephisto.
