Hanna Barbera dINGUE Dong, a French TV kid show block that showed Hanna Barbera cartoons such as Wally Gator, Top Cat, Jetsons, Yogi Bear, Flintstones... it was aired from 1990 to 1996.
And it had an awesome rap/wave theme song that is very nostalgic to me!!
Do you miss the "cool" and the "aesthetics" of the 1980s and early 1990s?
There's this awesome artist I discovered called Rocky Davies who makes awesome art that embodies the awesomeness of this time period that you can even put on awesome T-shirts!! (did I mention it was awesome?)
Cringer has the Eye of the Tiger!! Now he can be a Master of the Universe.
The Terminator is truly back, and you can give him your thanks.
Why so serious? It only takes one bad day, until they get a load of you!
Have I made a funny? No, Shredder wants to know what love is...
This is an interesting topic. I was wondering what years of your guys' lives do you typically feel most nostalgic for? I was born in '94, and I typically only feel nostalgic for stuff that I watched/listened to between '94 and '01, and now I am even starting to lose attachment to that; yikes! It was strongest when I was about 18.

I feel mostly nostalgic for the early '90s. But because I was born in '85, I also love '80s stuff, which also makes me feel nostalgic, despite being barely able to perceive the world then. I am guessing this is because the early '90s are often considered a continuation of the '80s (they say the '80s only ended in 1995). David Mamet, a professional writer, said that "everything you write is based on what happened to you before you were 10".
I am guessing I am more of an '80s kid than a '90s kid! Hey, the '80s have a stronger visual/cultural identity than the '90s.
Yeah, you can only feel nostalgic for SO long if you overuse it. I felt most nostalgic in my mid-20s.
I was a 2000s kid, used to watch a lot of cartoons at my babysitters, especially during the summer. She was a huge pirate, had a massive collection of movies she had pirated. She had legal DVDS too. We would mostly watch Teletoon, PBS and some Treehouse and YTV. Those were good times

That reminds me of when me, my brother, and my parents would make many comics. We would usually find a random word in the dictionary, or a random place in an atlas, and we would make up comics around that subject. They were rather shitty though.
