I remember watching SpongeBob SquarePants, My little pony, the Littlest pet shop show, as well as shows like Blues Clues with Steve on it I haven't even seen the episode where steve goes to college. I was also fond of Dora the Explorer and Go Diego go, I always have watched the second half of the Finding Nemo movie as I have it on DVD. I wasn't much of a cartoon network watcher but I remember also watching Fish Hooks and the Hannah Montana movie or some disney channel original movies in general.

I once found a post on r/nostalgia that was a combination of three of the most nostalgic things on the planet for me: going to a vending machine (1) in the hotel/motel lobby (2) late at night (3). Bonus points if the hotel is in a city far away from home.
The Nintendo GameCube is probably my most nostalgic game console, I played that thing to DEATH (literally, as it does not even work anymore lmao). I've grown very fond of the game library and the gamecube style graphics, making shit like water look absolutely astonishing. I miss the Gamecube.

I've commented before on the decline of traditional Saturday morning blocks and blocks like Cartoon Cartoon Fridays, but the same applies here. Recently had Adult Swim on randomly while I was studying and like...watching it on TV vs streaming is such a different feel. A kind of nice feel, even if traditional cable is dying. Streaming isn't a bad thing-convenience is nice, the ability to skip ads, and what not. But the block itself is an EXPERIENCE and much like CN as a whole, Adult Swim was willing to take a LOT of risks other channels wouldn't, whether that was the programming, weird commercials, in-universe ads, April Fools day pranks, or unique bumpers.
Also, for my own nostalgia, weirdly enough, those DVD/VHS commercial reels that would play before the actual movie. I used to just watch those for fun sometimes!
