Nothing new so far. Can't even find a a toon Disney website URL. I find it odd no one recorded anything from Toon Disney. Maybe, someone did and uploaded then it got taken down for whatever reason.
I don't understand. It makes no sense how something like Toon Disney UK footage would be missing. This also applies to Fox Kids/Jetix, where there is a few footage of Fox Kids promos, but none from 2004 (the last year of Fox Kids) Jetix, on the other hand, has only promos for Power Rangers. I have seen some footage of Jetix UK during the Summer (yes, unrelated to this topic) and yes, the Summer ident is quite... um. Just watch it for yourself. Recorded sometime in June-August 2006

EDIT: The only thing I could find was that Toon News video, and (unsurprisingly) a bunch of recess bumpers.
