Haha, that'd make a good creepy story.

I was more thinking that the kid would go through an office, and wait for Spongebob to meet, but the agents say that he's going to be late because of some problem, so the kid is bored and wanders through hallways and rooms, meeting people who are supposedly affiliated with Spongebob's carrier, and everytime, they tell him a bit about the history of Spongebob's rise to fame - as in, who were the people who created the animated series, and how it became popular.
And in the end, Spongebob is never seen because he has a big appointment somewhere else.
