Do we know if they're still active? This is all very mysterious. Has anyone been to the Reagal location in person? I wish I could help more, but I don't really know where to start. Is there anything else that we're trying to find that has more chance of actually turning up?
Right, so we have a new person who may know about ADWSS. It's probably not a good idea for all of us to contact him. Let one person do it and wait for results. Instead of harassing Wayne, I'll see if I can find out about him via Google searches. Maybe he has a Facebook account. Does he just manage the email account or is he a higher-up?
So did anyone ever contact that mall or should I go ahead and do that? I don't wanna bother them if they have already gotten three or four other people calling about it already though...

I don't think Reagal was ever located at Ashford Place in Atlanta. If you take a look on Google maps, it gives the names of all the stores located at the mall.
Also Ashford Place is a strip mall which means that all of its stores are located outside and there isn't any indoor hallways connecting the stores. It's all outside. Taking a look at the back of the strip mall on Google Earth, it would appear that there is some parking back there. The only thing that could also be back there is back doors and fire exits to the stores all listed on Google maps.
Unless Reagal was sharing store space with UPS or a jewelry store, I don't think they were ever there. Also I think all of those stores have been at the strip mall since before 2011. I don't know when Reagal was founded or if it ever established itself at that strip mall, but don't think it would share space with another store.
I'm not making any conclusions, but it wouldn't surprise me if they were never there to begin with. Which would beg the question, why are or were they giving people misleading information about there location?
Radiant, I believe no one could find any info on Charles, or at least any free info. I'm not up to pay for it though, maybe someone else is. As for UPS, they probably won't give us any info but that doesn't mean it's not worth a shot. Who knows. I may try contacting them a little later.
