While we never directly got in contact with him, we searched through his other posts and found out that he was actually talking about the real SpongeBob movie and not ADWSS.
How he confused the two I'll never ever ever figure out.

Well today is June 30th. We still haven't found shit on the kick-starter. Can someone call Lorenzo Holley tomorrow and ask him what's going on? Oh and as of tomorrow, Happy Canada Day!

I think that Kickstarter campaign was bullshit. He seemed a little too compliant when I heard the audio of the phone calls. I think he was just saying that to get people off his back. In fact, I don't think the movie ever even existed. I've followed this post since it started, and this is my first time posting on it, but I've come to that conclusion.
Between a Kickstarter and all the people that will buy it out of curiosity, it could easily be Regal Films' best selling DVD. They'd be stupid for not releasing it, or if it never existed, then throwing together some cheap movie, which they are anyway, to stop everyone from harassing them. We'll see something eventually.
Jfc can some of you stop complaining about the Kickstarter not being up? We know by now. The call guy we have to call Lorenzo is going to be away for a bit so can you wait a couple days, ffs
Sorry I got pissed it's just I've seen so many comments about this on YouTube and here and I got sick of it. Btw we talked to the call guy and he's actually able to do it today so if thought if he wouldn't be able to call during the week, why not just call on a Sunday? It's close enough.
EDIT: we got voicemail. Apparently we can call him on Friday so we have to wait a few days.
I'm probably not the one you guys want to hear saying this, but I've kinda come to the conclusion that the movie probably never existed.
While it's possible the kickstarter is just late....Lorenzo seems like a smart business man (he has 6 houses and hasn't been caught yet.....), and he acknowledged ADWSS' popularity when we called him the first time. Don't you think he would have gotten RIGHT on top of posting that when we brought it to his attention?
Plus I've always speculated that he just said he'd post it to kickstarter to get us off his back, and not because he actually had plans to which he originally said. "We were going to..."- no you weren't, it didn't even cross your mind until we mentioned it and it was a lie that you said you were going to.
