I can't believe how difficult it is to reach either Lorenzo or Jason. As of recently, we've gone through around 6 Lorenzo numbers and 2 Jason numbers, and that's not even counting whatever else we've called before. It's just ridiculous how mysterious these guys are and they're not telling us anything we want to know.
I know I've said this before, but we highly suspect they're doing or are involved in some kind of illegal activity and it seems as if they're ignoring us because they don't want all that coming out. But by not giving us ADWSS, it's working against them because we're looking deeper and deeper into the company which is obviously something they don't want happening.
If they just gave us the movie we probably wouldn't have suspected much else was going on and we wouldn't have bothered looking into it, at least not as much as we have already.
It definetely sounds like it. It's a shame that I didn't find this earlier because I had a great deal of time on my hands the past three months. But you guys got so far! Lorenzo Holley strikes me as shady. Looking at his Yae! Organics! Website there are barely any information on who actually runs that place. Business websites usually have a site with contact information, rather than a widget. I spend about one and a half hour searching through a couple of different websites, trying to find more websites on which Lorenzo used the name "loeworld" but it really seems to only be twitter. on the Goodluck website it says "Lorenzo Holley has over 10 years of extensive experience as a producer of entertainment content across several mediums" and it's weird that such an experienced person has so little info on the web.
All of that seems really shady to me, but you guys have been at it for almost a year, some probably even longer so you are used to that feeling. I am not sure if I remember everything correctly from these 36 pages, but perhaps "Lorenzo Holley" does not actually exist? He may be either a pseudonym for somebody or perhaps a group of people hiding behind that name . Seeing how he is supposed to be the founder of Yae! Organics! which, according to their twitter is based in LA, while he lists himself to be from Atlanta. Of course it's possible that he moved, but It feels strange to me that his Twitter and Facebook profile are so barren of information where he's actually from. I don't know but I'd expect a person like him, who has supposetly that much experience, to make himself easily contactable for job opportunities. It's just odd to me that it's so hard to grasp him as a person.
I am just thinking out loud here but could somebody who has been around here for a while make sure I am not telling old news?
EDIT: Nevermind Radiant posted 6 minutes earlier and pretty much summed up your thoughts aswell

I'm sure if we keep prying at them, they'll eventually cave and give us the movie. Like I said, it took Woodward and Bernstein two years to get all of the details surrounding Watergate and they pried at many different sources to get info.
Just caught up on the thread. I'm going to update the OP soon, it's a little outdated.
I'm not sure about AwakenedRage's post, to be honest. Good Luck is still in production and there are two more films slated for release, I don't believe Grand Scale is a dead company.
Also I finally got Skype working, so I'm going to go through the last few days worth of chats. I don't know if you guys were still looking for Jason Boritz's number but I dropped it in the Skype chat (I had called him September of last year, but got no response. Number wasn't disconnected though).
EDIT: Updated the OP, is there anything else I should add onto it?

That's a pretty good recap without going too in-depth. You probably don't have to add this in but I just want to point out how they'll ignore/block ANY mention of their film career even if you don't mention Reagal or ADWSS.
As for AwakenedRage, I've personally had suspicions about who he says he is; he proposed a rather convoluted plan to marisam on Skype and we haven't heard from him since a couple weeks ago. I'm guessing he was either bluffing on who he said he was or he realized his plan wasn't really going to work so he just left the search.
It's rather convenient charbajeena that you want an update because boy do I have an update for everyone.
Though if you want anything farther back then the past few days you'll have to look at the past thread pages, but it couldn't have been very important because I don't remember anything earth-shattering.
So that recent/important progress we've made in the past couple days is calling multiple numbers for both Lorenzo Holley and Jason Boritz. Every single one of those numbers (8 in total) was either disconnected or didn't reach either of those people. We also reached out to Jason on Facebook (asking GENERIC questions about film) and we ended up getting blocked and ignored.
Recently though, hastingsfag dropped a working Jason number into the Skype chat, and we called it.
All we did was ask "Hello, is this Jason Boritz?" and he exploded into a rage and then told us to never call him again.
This pissed me off for a couple of reasons.
One is that he has the gall to verbally assault us when he won't even supply us with ANY answers about what we want to know. Why does he think we keep trying to contact him? Because we're looking for answers about a freakin' bootleg SpongeBob movie that he obviously knows something about due to his affiliation with Reagal and Lorenzo. Even if he gave us a Salemi "I don't know anything else about the movie", we would probably take it and leave it be. But he hasn't told us ANYTHING and we keep prying because we just want something from him besides disconnected numbers and being blocked online
Two is that this is what the search has become. What began as trying to locate screenshots or a trailer for ADWSS has led into viciously prying at Lorenzo Holley and Jason Boritz with the hope that they'll eventually crack and tell us what we want to know. We have enough evidence to prove that this movie exists in at LEAST script form, but it's obvious they will NOT tell us anything about it. And we KNOW they have the movie, and that they're the only people who have the movie. The Reagel employees we've already contacted have been few and far-between with helpful information, and contacting hundreds more to no avail is stupid. We know where it is, we just can't get it.
So guys, us over at the Skype chat want to know, is there anywhere else to go with this search? Are we done here? Do any of you guys have a master plan to get information on this? Because today it's become very apparent to me that the only source of info is never, ever going to release info on it. It's a lost cause, a waste of resources. I'm not saying that this search as been a waste, or that the movie doesn't exist, I'm just saying it exists in a place that we simply cannot reach.
As someone who has had an interest in this movie since March 2015, I can only sadly say I don't think there's anywhere else to go with it.

Here's what I think we should do
We should make it clear to the public that Jason Boritz, Lorenzo Holley and anyone affiliated with this film refuses to cooperate with us and that they're clearly hiding something suspicious. It makes them look bad and gives them more unwanted attention. After all, why are they scared of a bunch of random people trying to find a shitty movie? In Canada, we have an investigative journalism show called The Fifth Estate that does this sort of thing all the time. And when I say make it clear to the public, I'm saying we add it to the main article, contact Rebel Taxi about our efforts, and even get in touch with the Gawker guy and see if he's interested in writing a follow up on our search efforts.
Also, did we ever run Jason Boritz name through a background checking site like we did with Lorenzo Holley? We may get some answers there.
Now this may give us some results, but it probably won't. If we can't acquire this movie, we need to make it clear why we can't. Because the people at Reagal are not only uncooperative, they're clearly hiding something and don't want any attention drawn to them. We could end it with more people asking questions and more unwanted attention drawn at Reagal and it's members.
Now, I don't think this search will end nor can it end. There will always be people who will try to find this film and it will probably go beyond the main group who started this all. I say, we should continue our search, but at the same time, devote the team effort we created into something that we could actually find. What we've done is we've created a team of people on this wiki who can produce results, find information, and work together to find things and answers. Look at what we've accomplished in the time we've been here. If it wasn't for us, people would believe this film wasn't cancelled and in a bargain bin somewhere. I think the bigger accomplishment here is not finding the film, but making a good team on this wiki. And we should continue to find Lost Media as a team going forward. I'm sure it's what we would've done anyway had we found this movie.
Off topic, I want to put together a team like this one to try and find a pilot to a show called Bio-Man.
Anyway, that's just my idea. What does everyone else think?

The movie is a lost cause.
I rise from the ashes. Only to fall back in again.

That's an awesome idea and everyone seems to agree with it in the Skype chat. I think we should wait until Marisam gets back cause he said he'll be fine and ok in a few weeks or so. As for that last part, I totally agree with that and idk if you remember but when the trolls first started showing up and we believed they actually had the movie, I mentioned that when this was over we should band together to find something like Mean Girls DS. It's a great idea.
A little off topic; but I wanted to give everybody a head's up about what my position is.
I put in my two weeks notice at Hastings, the last day of the month is my last day working there. If there are any pieces of lost media that have been released or scheduled for release that anybody needs information on (in the same way that I was able to provide at least a little bit of info for ADWSS from our systems), drop me a message in my inbox and I'll get back to you with what I can dig up.
I'll try to do a printout of all the information I can about ADWSS, before my last day.
Back on topic; I made my opinions known in the Skype chat in more detail, but I'm against any kind of public backlash against Reagal. It's obvious there's more going on than we know, so hasty decisions shouldn't be our go-to ones.

I also addressed this in the Skype chat, but just to reiterate once more: I am more than happy for LMW to be attached to this search effort, but I'm not happy for it to be attached to activities that are, at the end of the day, harassment.
We shouldn't keep pestering them because in the end they'd never answer us, I say we ask Pan Pizza to make his contacts at Nick who aren't corrupt to confront the guys and force them to release it online
Post by Moodiecitymadman on Apr 17, 2016 14:40:37 GMT
OK yeah you're all right. If we harass these guys it may hurt our chances of ever seeing this film. But I think we should still disclose that Reagal has been uncooperative with us and that's why we can't acquire this film. Just include that line in the main article and that would be it. Just to show that searching for this thing produces dead end results.
In the mean time, what should we go after next. Surely the next lost piece of media we try and tackle will be easier than trying to find a bootleg sponge-bob film by the people who have something hide.
thisishowibro9303 suggested we try and find the Mean Girls DS game. I suggested we try and find the Bio-Man pilot and I have a few leads with that. What suggestions do the rest of you have?
I think there is still hope, but I doubt these people will give out any information willingly. While I find it weird that Jason got enraged just when his name was mentioned (kinda feels like he doesn't usually get called by that name, don't you think?) It seems obvious that he's annoyed, but why then wouldn't he just give the information and be done with it? Or something deeper is going on. Whatever the case it's gonna be hard to get any more information and just googling is not going to magically give us answers anymore, I think you guys have spent enough hours doing that. Trying to keep calling them walks a very thin line in being harassment, making our information about what we know about a public movie (even though there are no known copies),well, public is not. They obviously don't want public pressure and giving them that may get them to talk, in fact in may be the only way to get them to talk.
