I know it sounds like a scumbag thing to do,but in the middle of the movie we could put "Found by LMW" in one of the scenes,so if they tried to cut it out,the movie would make no sense.
If we do end up finding ADWSS, I don't think we should edit it at all. As long as we don't post the film on every website imaginable, people will know that it was discovered here and will come here to see it.
I would suggest uploading it as an unlisted video on the LMW YouTube channel and posting the link on this forum. Wait a month or so, then post the link on the LMW page. That way, the people who care enough to follow this thread will get to see it early.

If we do that, somebody else will find out about it and upload it themselves. Then it will be even worse, because they could reupload it and it would REALLY look like they were the ones who found it, since they'd be the only ones with a copy up, and also because even if we un-unlisted it, Youtube would set the publication date to be whenever we did that, not when it was actually uploaded. Please, please, PLEASE everybody just stop stressing out about this non-issue and trying to come up with "solutions". If we get a copy, we'll release it to the general public, unaltered, as is the goal of the wiki. I guarantee everybody who helped will get proper credit.

Well, now that we've decided what we'll do with the film if we get it, have we had any updates on the Reagal staff that various people were in contact with?

Yes, various actors have responded, most saying that they had a good filming experience, and weren't involved in other Reagal projects. I don't think we've gotten any contact info of Reagal staff.
I was reading the Amazon page, and I noticed that the studio was listed as "Video Music, Inc." I don't remember anyone mentioning this before, so here goes. I didn't find much about Video Music. They have a page on a website called "CD Universe", which I guess shows all the stuff they've made. It just had a bunch of pornos and documentaries from what I could see. They also apparently had a physical store at one point, which is now closed, and surprisingly, all of its reviews were positive. All two of them. Anyway, has anyone else noticed this? Let me know.
Side note, has anyone noticed how many times sexuality has been involved in this search? Pan-Pizza's video, Lorenzo Holley's supposed address, and now this.

Video Music Inc is basically another name for MVD who were going to be distributing the film. They just buy distribution rights for tons of things from Led Zeppelin limited releases to anti-drunk driving educational videos, To yoga instructional videos. We already contacted them a long time ago.

Yee.But it's good you are helping look into all of this
As you might know a user by the name ThatsJustLo came onto the lostmediawiki claiming to be an asset manager who works for Nickelodeon on the Spongebob Squarepants Show. He provided multiple vector files claiming they were confiscated from Reagal and that the movie had been fully produced even claiming to have seen the films credits. He soon stopped sending the vectors after claiming a user (that the community later concluded was Babylon Josh) leaked the vector images online.
On Top of that his claims of the vectors being leaked seemed out of the blue since whoever leaked the files didn’t do it on the Lost Media Wiki and no one had been able to find on what site the vectors were posted.
From the fact that these vector images can be traced to a video game backdrop stock image, a piece of promotional art made by the advertising department at a theme park four years after ThatJustLo claimed to have seen it and to a mexican artist with no connections to Nickelodeon besides having licensed the characters, I can say for sure that the vector images are fake. And this has been an elaborate hoax.

The SpongeBob video game from the Vector images is called Employee of the Month. Son of a bitch. I made edits to the article excluding any mention of the vector images. So many assholes, so few leads on this search.

If only there was a unautorized movie archive...
I rise from the ashes. Only to fall back in again.
